I am very repiter guest. I love 4 Palmas , it is my second hime . The staff is wonderful, they are my friends . 4 Palmas is the best in Varadadero for that , always I come back ??????

This was a good vacations , the hotel is very nice, clean and wonderful . The food is nice . The staff is nice whit the guest. The ladys of costomer service are so friendly : Lisi , Sindy, Evelyn and Elimay . Thanks for all

This is my second time at this resort. I went last year I loved the entertainment staff, bartenders and most of the staff around the resort. There were a few workers that were begging way too much. Every day. I really found pleasure however in the people I met in and around the resort. The maids did a horrendous job as they missed around 5 days out of the 10 I was there to clean my room completely, not sure why. What i really had a problem with was a specific person named "Lisi" who I believe is the program administrator? (Not sure) I met her one night with my friend. She was saying very dark things to me. She told me that because of my hair (i dyed it blonde), I look like a "rat" cuban, a low cuban, a cuban that "rides horses" She commented several times about my mom being my "sugar momma" . I told her her numerous times to stop discriminating and offending me and my family. She went on to continue attempting to bully me via WhatsApp the next day. I continued to tell her to stop harassing me. She insisted on telling me that my mom is my sugar mom and she will look for one of those "guys" in her town that "rides horses" that looks like me. I told her again, to stop discriminating me and insulting me and my family. She continued. My mom approached her, as a family we were all very offended. then Lisi came up to me one morning and said she cant talk to me because my mom was rude to her? I told her. "Good, we dont discriminate." She then went on to remove all the nasty messages she sent me on WhatsApp and blocked me. She also was begging me for a review. Well, here it is. This wouldve been a 5 star review if it wasn't for those things. But that bothered me and my family so much it took away from our enjoyment of the resort.

It’s was very good The hotel and the sea were beautiful in terms of activities and the staff Sindy and Lisi were very helpful
