We have stayed there several times and gotten to know some of the staff well , they are friendly and eager to help . I think they have the best location and beach in Varadero . They have had problems and shortages in food and some supplies . But we made due . Elimay at the front desk and Marisleidy our house keeper were quick to solve any problems we had . Itcwill be where i go to in Varadero . Its become a yearly trip . Only complaint coffee quality wasn't consistent. Blue Diamond please help .

It is my first time at 4 Palmas. My room was very nice, clean and confortable. I had a big bed and a beautiful ocean view. I come to Cuba every years and I visit many hotels and this like me a lot. The staff is professional and always give to you a smile. The beach is amazing ??. I loved the coffee ,mojitos and food.I hope come back again the next years. Thanks ??

Great place,close to all the action.Food was great.My room was spotless thanks to Yunaisy,the maid with the most beautiful smile.The beach was amazing and the beer was cold.Great bar staff in the lobby.The front desk staff is very accommodating,if you encounter a problem just go see them.Ill be back for a fourth time soon.

My house keeper Marilin is the best. My room was always spotless. Sweet lady. I really like this resort. The beach is fantastic! The staff are so friendly and always, service with a smile. I love Cuban people??

I have been coming to the Starfish Cuatro Palmas for the last 3 years, and in that tim,e I have been here 10x now. I want to call out the staff of this beautiful resort. Specifically Elimay Sosa and Marislydis my room care specialist. Marislydis goes way above and beyond to make my trips special. Just little things she does to make is special is amazing. She speaks great English and always makes my time here specia. The bar staff with Anyy, Yankiel, Fernando and Isi and so many more to name. This resort is very special and I will be back again. The beach is the best I have ever been on as well.
