Cuatro Palmas StarFish Hotel is very well located in the middle of the historic Varadero and the newest developed area. Because of that you can move easily in any direction of the peninsula. But the most important treasure you can find is the quality of all services and mo's of all the kindness and professionalism of the personal. You can find yourself in an extension of your home in a paradise. We recommend not to lose the opportunity to get closer to Cuba and specially to this beautiful corner of our island, Varadero. Inmense thanks for this joy.

The best thing about this trip was the flight home This was the absolute worst vacation we ever had. We went because we saw good reviews about this place but have no idea why The rooms are dirty and moldy. We stayed in both the bungalows across the street and at the main hotel . The staff is rude and you have to beg for bottle water or toilet paper. The entertainment is terrible. The food is terrible and we caught salmonella poisoning and were severely ill for 3 days. No doctors on the resort or security. There was a couple of fights overnight that the guests had to break up. The only positive is the beach. The loungers on the beach are mostly broken and I saw 3 people fall right through them. We have been to Cuba a few times and know 3 star is lower standards there, but this place is definitely not more than 1. There are so many better places in cuba to spend your money. I highly recommend to stay away from this place. We wouldn't go back for free. Do your research well before heading here

Exceptional Resort. The Resort was always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been to Cuba five times, this will be our Resort to come back to. Thank you for exceptional well needed vaction.... love ...love it at Starfish Cuatros Palmas. We will be back soon!!!
