Always enjoy watching a chef (and his staff) make complicated dishes look easy. The mushroom carpaccio was the star of the meal (something new and different). The main course was a Jackson Pollock masterpiece of color and taste. Loved the rich voice of the singer. Just a lovely evening.

Absolutely awesome dinner it was a complete surprise is how delicious each serving was paired with wine that was enjoyable to the last drop the entertainment was top-notch, and the waiters were so kind and generous with their attention to detail

Sophia and Miguel were absolutely amazing serving us. Sophia was was knowledgeable on every item on the menu and gave us the best cheese chart service and cannoli chart service. The quality of attention to detail was high level. Highly recommend the restaurant and their service if you ever have the pleasure of dining with them.

Sun Palace is our favorite adults-only, all-inclusive resort. First, the activities and pool are a perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Pedro, Alain and the entertainment staff provide activities which are inclusive but not intrusive. The water volleyball is my favorite and the crazy game of the day is always entertaining and gets people involved. Dani and Ricky, the pool concierges, work hard to ensure everyone has their place in the sun and caters to your every need. Dani is highly organized, efficient yet friendly. The food is some of the best at any resort for all-inclusive and the service is top-notch. Juan is our favorite waiter for breakfast and lunch at Aurora - very attentive and friendly. We miss our all-time favorite, Alberto. Palace, you need to recruit him back - he was the very best. Thai is our favorite restaurant for dinner and Gabi is an excellent server. The sweet shop is everyone’s favorite and the entire serving team there is excellent. The spa staff if someone of the best - Larry and Avidan provide excellent care in the spa and Veronica is a top massage therapist - excellent service - highly recommend the 80-minute aroma therapy. People who travel all-inclusive and have been at Sun Palace will often tell you it’s is the best service and food of any all-inclusive and I agree.
