We had a quick 2 night stay at Sun Palace from 12/30 - 1/1. Since it was a short trip I wanted something close to the airport, all inclusive and adults only. The Sun Palace exceeded our expectations. The staff were all so great, the place is kept immaculately clean and the food was incredible! We did splurge for the upgraded room on a moment of excited weakness when we checked in but that room (219) was awesome! The resort help an incredible New Year's Eve white party on the beach following an incredible 5 course meal at the restaurants. They put so much thought and $$ into this event, with a band, DJ, party favors, and all kinds of entertainment. Everyone had so much fun! When our travels take us back to Cancun again there's no question we would do the Sun Palace.

Stay was wonderful in no small part to the amazing service from the even more amazing staff. Jose Luis our concierge made sure everything was perfect and Valeria the pool concierge took was wonderful. We cannot wait to return in the near future.

Awesome pool atmosphere with a great staff. Jonathan was awesome and kept everyone involved the whole time! The whole pool staff was great and we loved playing all the games and being involved throughout the day.

Great times, New Years was incredible. Entertainment staff was a wonderful time. I would recommend for all to come at anytime of the year but New Years Eve was even better.
