I went with my mom and we were very impressed with the facilities and staff! Everyone was super nice and proactive and helpful, especially the Sweet & Coffee staff - Eliseo, Adrian, and Daniela as well as Abel at Trattoria! The rooms were very nice, the pools were very nice, and the food was great! Our favorite was the Thai. The app was very helpful and easy to use also.

This resort is beautiful and the service was exceptional- it takes a great resort and makes it absolutely amazing. We did the wine tasting, Kevin the Sommelier had great explanations and it was such a fun experience. Kevin saw us at many dinners after and suggested wines for us, remembering the type of wine we enjoyed. We did the Romantic Dinner, and Sergio our waiter was very attentive and made suggestions of things we would like, also remembering the types of wine we enjoyed from the wine tasting. Our pool waiter, Carlos made sure that we always had a drink and remembered our drink order from day to day. He was attentive and made us feel so relaxed and welcome. We stopped at the Lobby Bar every evening. Both Miguel and Juan were fun and engaging, making sure that we had fun and everyone at the bar had what they wanted. They even made me drinks with a heart melted into the ice! At the spa, both Suemy and Paulina gave excellent massages. We do not frequent spas, but they made us comfortable and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was Trattoria, and the hostess Median remembered us and engaged with us whenever she saw us. We felt so welcomed, it was truly like we were home and visiting family. We ate at the Aurora breakfast buffet every morning, and by Day 2 Jose knew exactly how we liked our omelettes, making sure to make us egg white omelets. He would separate the eggs fresh for us, and always did it with a smile. We were very lucky to have Karime as our concierge. She always reached out to make sure we had what we needed. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and she made sure we were celebrated with rose petals at dinners, in the room, special menus, and balloons and chocolates in our room. It was truly a highlight of our trip. Overall, the service is impeccable and they make you feel like family. We cannot wait to be back!

If you want the best service possible go see Juan at the Sun Palace Cancun - Aurora restaurant. He is by far the best waiter there. Always has a smile on his face. Always happy that you're there. Always willing to go the extra mile so that you have a best experience possible.
