My husband planned a candle light dinner for our anniversary. Shantel was our photographer and she really was amazing. Kind, patient, respectful and attentive. Linelleo was our several and he was awesome. Very kind and attentive his perspective on service is impeccable. Thank you Sandles for hiring such amazing people.

We stayed with three other couples. Ray and Natalie were our butlers. Trust them, ask them whatever you need to, they are great guides to having a great vacation. Just ask, if they can make it happen they will. Chris the bartender at southern table whipped up custom drinks upon request and set the mood ride on our first nights evening. Ricardo at the pool cabanas was attentive and cool. Ramon the bus driver kept us entertained and gave us some local knowledge on the way in.

This 13th visit didn't disappoint. Consistently great food & service as well as BEAUTIFUL well maintained rooms, pools & property, but since 13 notoriously known as unlucky, I was sick in bed most of the trip, but our long time butlers Richard & Cameka took great care of (over & above as always ) us serving us dinner from the higher end restaurants. I would have preferred the lovely atmosphere of LaGourmand & Manor House but the food was as good as if we were there. We were able to enjoy the Polo bar a couple of times. We discovered on our last visit that the bartenders are exceptional at this bar & atmosphere important to me. This trip our bartenders were Keneal, Kevaugh, Crystal & Craig. All superstars as well as Francine the bar manager who is always friendly to us. Other super stars along the way were Devoy the bellman. I have never had such a friendly bellman or one insist he put my suitcase on the luggage rack. I appreciated that. Our house keeper Desrene was also outstanding, but housekeeping here is always great. Our house keeper for a couple of years was LaTonia who is still there. Otis is the groundsman we always look forward to seeing. He knew I wasn't feeling well & made me a bouquet for the patio. Our new pool guy for our room pool Andy was also very knowledge. We brought him a pool testing kit, not as fancy as the one he has but he & his supervisor liked it. Our beach cabana butler was Sheldon who is so much fun. Neal is also another outstanding cabana butler. The cabana's are outstanding & all remodeled. Dinner & service ( Paviel ) at Southern Table was great. Always a pleasure to see Mr Irvin who I always jokingly ask to put the large groups out by the pool. Jordon was was our server at Manor house. He was on it & such a nice young guy & always love seeing Milton the dining room manager as he is a lot of fun to talk to. One more super star manager is Andrew at Soy. He always remembers us & rolls out the red carpet making special things & serving us himself! He's so gracious & pleasant. My fav restaurant for food & ambiance is Valentino's. Service always outstanding for years this year was Daniel & we really enjoyed meeting Fredrico the restaurant manager from Italy via Sandals South Coast. He was loads of fun & hoping to stay at Ochi. That's about it as we didn't get out & about as much but did meet some other superstars along the way Daniel, Karlene, Shauna-Marie & Keron in guest relations & Travalee in loyalty & travel & Natasha in Security. The spa is a must & we always love seeing Aladdan. I'm not sure what his position is but he always greets us like old friends & super friendly. Great to see Priyanka the butler manager, other super star butlers Odaina, Sean, Josie, & Dwight who are always friendly & welcoming to us & not to forget one of our fav people Patrice in entertainment. A big thank you to Carol Bourke the GM & Gary Holgate that always make us feel like family & valued guests. I highly recommend this resort for those who value good service. We really enjoyed the New Year's Eve party-- fun even though it rained! We will absolutely come back! Patrice from entertainment is the best!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandals Ochi over the Christmas holiday. We had brought our sons and their girlfriends for a stay celebrating our sons graduation from college. The trip was amazing and we had a lot of fun. Paul (the Jamaican Kevin Heart) was amazing at the loyalty center and helped us book our next trip. Johnoi went above and beyond as a bartender and we had a great time dealing with him. Our only subpar experience was in the photo shop as we did not receive our 10% off or our free photo for being rewards members. That being the only blemish on a great trip. Thank you again Sandals, can't wait to see what our next trip holds for us in Genada.
