We have visited this resort for the past several years and have the same Bulters, Richard and Cameka, each time. They are wonderful. They provide so much more than we can image. They treat us like family not guests. We also rented two cabanas and our Cabana boys, Richardo and Miguel are wonderful also. They are there every time we turn around ready to assist. They also treat us like family. Our breakfast staff, Romario and Omar, were wonderful also. They were ready to assist in anyway they could. Otis our area maintenance supervisor was wonderful. Every time he saw us he always went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. We interfaced with several bell hops, Earl, Esso and Shavaugh. They made sure we were taken care of. They treated us like family. They remembered our room numbers without us having to tell them where to go. The loyalty service member, Keisha, also came to check on us daily to make sure we had everything we wanted. We also had two photographers, Akime and Reynardo, who were Great at making sure we had perfect captured memories through pictures. Reynardo even came in on his day off to take wedding photos for our friends.

Richard and Cameka, Butler. Were extremely friendly and professional. Could not ask for better butler's. Additionally, Ricardo and Miguel at the Cabana were awesome. Don't forget to tip your Butler's and Cabana Boys.

This is our 9th year in a row visiting in December. We were lucky enough to have Richard and Cameka as our Butler's and they were amazing. They anticipated our needs, provided prompt service and were very welcoming. They even set up an impromptu wedding for us and Cameka made me a bouquet. Bar service: i can't say enough about Ricardo and Miguel. They worked the cabanas and the bar and they were amazing, hard workers. Please remember to tip your Butler's and Cabana Staff as they work tirelessly.

First time at an all inclusive and would 100% come back. The staff treats you unbelievably well and everyone is friendly. Deashane, Patrice, and Romario brought the energy every day even though I lost to Romario in pool volleyball.

Patrice Deashne Romeo and the rest of the entertainment crew is the best!! an amazing atmosphere all around. would go back in a heartbeat. I loved it here
