Overall the resort was very clean and the grounds were well kept. We had a few issues with our rooms that didn't completely get resolved but nothing major. Service was touch and go. The beach was amazing and there were plenty of pools to chose from. We basically stuck to the Adult Secret pool. The buffet food was average and we were only able to book 2 restaurants during our 5 night stay. Both restaurants were pretty good. It was a relaxing time away so we didn't do much more than go to the pool and/or beach and eat two meals a day. We had a great time!

We have just returned from an 11 night stay as a family of 3 ( 2 adults and 1 child aged 4). We had a really enjoyable stay but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that some improvements need to be made. The hotel itself is beautiful and really well maintained. The resort is huge due to the fact it’s 3 hotels in 1. They have regular carts/buggies going from each hotel so you can easily get around but we never used them and opted to walk. The beach is lovely. Again, well maintained and the sea weed cleared daily. The only thing I would mention about the beach is there are a lot of vendors trying to sell you things which can get annoying after a while. It was also sometimes difficult to find a sun bed at the beach and people were reversing them really early which we don’t agree with. Our room was spacious with 2 double beds, a sofa bed and a jacuzzi bath. The minibar was stocked daily with beer, water, soft drinks and some snacks. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room daily. There are several pools to choose from across the hotel, many of them with swim up bars. We did find that the pools could sometimes be quite murky and felt they could do with a deeper clean. Not sure if this is due to the fact of people taking drinks into the pools. We always managed to get a sun bed round one of the pools even from 11ish. Unfortunately we didn’t find the drinks menu to be very good. We asked for several cocktails on the menu and we’re just told ‘no’. I’m unsure what the reason was for this. It also stated the old fashioned was served with bourbon but it wasn’t so just a bit misleading. I’m a big cocktail fan and didn’t really enjoy any of the drinks and just ended up sticking to sparkling wine which was disappointing. The al a carte restaurants were good, however we couldn’t get into all of them which was annoying. I even tried the first night we arrived and continues to try every day but couldn’t get into the Italian or Mexican which was a let down. However, the al a cartes we did go to were good. There is a lot of choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner but we did find on several occasions that a lot of the food was Luke warm or even cold. It was also difficult to get a coffee at breakfast in the morning which was frustrating. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this hotel, it just needs a few tweaks to make it a 5 star.

Overall very happy with our trip. We DID NOT enjoy being approached by vendors on the beach continuously. Young staff need some training on customer service.

It was one of the best Mexican foods ever We had in our life. Staff was also very cooperative. They helped a lot to select our food. We definitely recommend to everyone.
