All staff were friendly good location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Good quality drinks. Clean gardens.

This was a nice hotel with an overall friendly staff. The beach is gorgeous!! There were language barriers at times but nothing we couldn’t work through. Shout out to Crispin for his assistance!! However, the staff at the shops at Bavaro treat Americans like thief’s. Use the shops by the casino. Definitely use the room safe at ALL TIMES. We had a cleaning staff member come back into our room AFTER they cleaned it & they stole cash & credit cards. Immediately started using our cards. Up to $20k as of this review. YES, our fault for not locking things back up but the hotel should screen their employees better. Lesson learned. The violation of trust is hard to get past. Buyer beware, especially if you’re American.

It's a beautiful newly renovated hotel. My daughter liked because she is not into entertainment and not interested taking part into activities. I was bored. Seriously bored. It's a huge lack of activities and interaction with guests. There is an access to "Punta Cana" and "Palace" hotel but even there entertainment is not friendly or encourage quests to dance - standing in the corners and chat with each others. And service at the restaurant.... yes, food is nice but sometimes you have to wait for your starter for an hour. I am not joking. Would I come back? Maybe. When I will be 70-80 years old!

Delicious food and wait staff. We enjoyed our dinner. This was my favorite meal of the trip. I had the mole and chicken. All the guests enjoyed their time.

This hotel offers a great location and value. - The food was great! Except for the breakfast buffet which was just average in my opinion. - The beach is gorgeous but very packed. Not enough chairs. - The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The TV freezes sometimes though. - The staff is hit and miss; some are super helpful and smily. Others are downright rude and inefficient, especially at the bars. - The pools are nice and there were enough chairs for the most part. - There was not much entertainment during the day but that was ok with me: The sports facilities were extraordinary and the gym also. - The service is mostly slow and inefficient; I had family members that called the lobby for things like electricity shortage, issues with their safe and lack of hot water. Their requests were unfortunately ignored. Despite issues, I would still recommend this hotel because the value is definitely there.
