I really enjoyed my stay; the staff and entertainment team were kind, friendly, and fun, always helpful.

People were helpful and friendly. Excellent rooms and nothing was a problem. Food quality was varied and lots of choice. Night entertainment could be improved. Lots of effort but could be refined.

We have stayed at Grand Palladium Select Bavaro for 10 nights and had a fantastic time there. Hotel rooms are newly refurbished, modern and well set for a guests, spacious bathroom. We really liked it. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Overall atmosphere was fantastic! Lots of restaurants to enjoy delicious food, night club if you want to party. CHIC cabaret experience was amazing too! It is great that guest can enjoy the amenities of other Grand Palladium hotels which are all located in the same area, except TRS adult section. Overall rating is very positive and great experience during our stay.

Excellent staff make up for any shortcomings here. The sea is blue, the sand is golden and the palm trees provide shade on the beach - if you can get there early enough in the morning to bag a recliner! If you make it to the shore after 9am you'll be disappointed. Food is good, if a little confusing - so many different cultures represented in one buffet. A la Carte restaurants are fine. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully cool. Gardens are lovely. A large range of sports and other things to do and many pools make it ideal for families. We were a couple attending a family wedding - which was beautifully staged. We saw nothing of the island, but excursions to sample Dominican life are available.
