Stayed there for my honeymoon coming from West Palm Beach. Yissaida is the person to go see if you are dealing with guest services also Andy. These 2 made sure the room standards and events were up to parr. If you're in main lobby, please see lady named Dennis. She was very welcoming and made my mornings by greeting us and serving up bloody marys. Rafael is another smiling person with a friendly attitude. You can go see him if you need a massage down on the beach. Frances on the beach is the go-to person for cheap excursions. Lucas on the beach has really cool items to sell and is soo nice. I had a wonderful room with roof top, very clean. They made sure i had towels and everything on a daily basis. I did the dune buggy excursion, and it was a blast. Bring candy for the children on excursions. The Chic caberet was amazing. Great singing and performances. Even the buffets have good food with a lot of selections. Please treat yourself to private dining on the beach cause it is fantastic and worth every penny. Its actually rather cheap. I will be back for my bday in April.

We really wish the hotel staff was nicer. I do thank the very few people that appreciate our business there. I might go back in the future with my kids. But if I get the same treatment I promise do do a bad review

Jairo was so entertaining with all his games and dancing. Honestly this has become our home away from home. We really loved it here. The beach was gorgeous. The food was amazing. All the staff is super respectful and nice.

The animation team is very good especially Margarita very good beach entertainment !,,,tarzan, jairo Good volleyball ????????????????the room is very good , the food is great! Lovely staff and hotel

Not bad but could be better. They should improve the air quality of the rooms, prevent the mosquitoes getting in the rooms. The beaches are beautiful but there is too much seaweed. The seaweed should be removed every day.
