Me and my girlfriend both came here as a spontaneous getaway and we had an amazing time the services provided were fantastic throughout our stay especially for the Price we booked for. All restaurants are amazing espcially Bamboo and also having access to the other resorts was even better. Highly recommend Grand Palladium Bavaro

Nice hotel but some room for improvement. Asked for shower gel and shower caps few times but the receptionist didnt understand and got given robe and slippers instead.

An incredibly beautiful resort to stay in Punta Cana. Staff is lovely and entertaining be it at the beach, pool bar, restaurants or lobby. Plenty of restaurants and food options to choose from. We would like to give a special shoutout to Cristian at the Mexican restaurant in La Adelita. He was excellent and extremely dedicated person. We repeated the restaurant visits during our stay with the lovely service provided by Cristian and your wonderful salad bar and prawns specifically. Shoutout to Lili at the Mexican restaurant as well for the wonderful service and margaritas. We would also like to shoutout Wisler from Travel Club for his great personality and patience. Would also like to highlight casino was disappointing with all the staff showing attitude and rudeness to the guests. The cash desk lady who mentioned her name was Lily was quite arrogant whilst serving us to withdraw the cash. Along with the roulette table staff did not have manners to explain to the guests about the game rules. They threw our coins whilst explaining. This made us walk out from the casino on such beautiful night that was going. I would kindly request to address off the casino staff as we would certainly like to be back to the resort with our family. Overall very pleased to have spent our special getaway at Grand Palladium.

Luisito in transportation was excellent. He made our arrival so enjoyable and exciting. I knew our room wasn’t located in the upgraded section, but literally not enough outlets for our phones, and outlets were so old, plugs would fall out. Took two people to use a hairdryer. Shower head broke on the 3rd day. The property is large with access to the sister hotels which means lots of variety and options for restaurants, pools, bars etc. Buffets needed to refresh food more frequently during non-peak hours.
