Constantino was terrific. Always very friendly and helpful and very funny! The beach was beautiful but full of sand fleas, bring insects repellent. It's a very beautiful resort other than that, I definitely recommend it.

Thanks to David our holidays have been perfect. He managed everything when we were unhappy with the room, we are very thankful! Also Wendy did a great job, he gave perfect service and we had a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at **Grand Palladium Select Bávaro**, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service truly stands out. The staff went out of their way to make everything feel effortless and relaxing. I especially loved the food options, the beach access, and the overall atmosphere — it felt like the perfect mix of luxury and fun. If you’re thinking about booking a trip, I definitely recommend checking it out. It’s a great place to unwind, enjoy great amenities, and make the most of your vacation.

The language barrier at this resort was very apparent. On several occasions for dinner, the meal we wanted wasn’t available. The sports bar turned me away at 11:30am. I understood the sports bar was open all day. My spouse and I saw quite a few ants on the buffet table, it was all quite discouraging.

Had a good experience! Staff is super helpful with anything you would need, resort is huge and has cart shuttle service, food service is great, food is good. Hard to get reservations for dinners, app didn’t let you book and when you went to book they are super late, not a lot of night life, shows where fun!
