Great experience with David with the guest service. All staff were wonderfull highly recommended. Great service at all bars, restaurants.

Kimberly, Dilcia, Jissel, Gabriela,Marlyn, Aneury, Joani at the members beach ate amazing. We feel at home here. Everything we come here we enjoy this place and we LOVE IT. Palladium Travel Club in Punta Cana is amazing, the food, the service, the people, no complains at all.

I will start off by saying, because I was travelling during a very high season, my expectation was higher than usual. Especially after a huge hotel renovation! I was travelling with my twin 7 year old girls. It is not our first time to the Domenican but it was our first time celebrating New Year's Eve down south. Pros: Beautiful room I was in building 61 Access to the other two hotels Punta Cana and Palace There is always someone to bring you around the resort, it is fairly large No need to reserve chairs, there are always some available Beach is clean Kids Club is very nice The party on the 31st of December was spectacular with the music, dancers wow! Cleanliness, nothing to say Internet works well, and is easy to log in Grounds very well kept Cons: - The hotel app ddnt work so I couldnt book one single a la carte restaurant and had to eat at the buffet the entire week - Pool water is cold, and too many bugs in the pool - Staff can be friendlier, some were but not all - Buffet variety of food, seemed always the same (unfortunately found hair in the our food, 2x) - Saw a cockroach on the floor at the buffet :( - Not enough communication on entertainment schedule, where, what time, etc For the price I payed, I would have expected a tad more wow than a usual vacation during any other time. My opinion of course!

We just came back from this resort Dec 2025 , staff very friendly. location to the hotel was okay. Check in was a bit rough at the beginning as when you arrive at the hotel mid morning you still need to wait until 3pm for room check in, Room was a bit of a rocky start as the toilets were running all night long, after 3 room changes trip was great. Carlos the manager helped with everything , parts of the hotel is a bit run down as they say they are only opened for 20 days. Restaurants very well stock for picky eaters, as myself. very clean resort, rooms very clean, beach was a bit of seaweed along the shore, approx 8- 10 pools excellent. but we never saw any entertainment on this resort. Breakfast if you are leaving early there's not where to eat but the snack bar which could have the food changed for a breakfast/ not just lunch items. The week we are here was Christmas week and they did a great job for us who were doing the Christmas away from home. Value was good as I usually stay in the Grand Palladiums. Please make sure you register at the front desk for the dinners also you will need your cellphone for the menus , Japanese was Excellent. Sedona tour was excellent with Mel the tour guide this is the day Catarman booked with the sun wing rep. noise level was good. Would go back . rated the hotel only 4 star. Shopping on the resort was great. Medical and pharmacy in site also didn't use these at all.

Good place.good food all is ok.short trip 3 days enjoy the moment.the poeople work very hard to satisfied all you request.The guy in the pool bar was very funny and cool.
