Was a really great customer service really save my day really good experience some of those person that helped me was angélica Cuevas, Luiz, Guzmán, Franklin boock Luis read Noemí Abreu being really honest the customer service was so amazing. They actually help me too much specially because like they got a lot of people and they focus like in every single one and every single one that was a bar special that was a really great night, comparing to the cosmic experience that I highlight before in the morning it’s too much better. Coralino bar.

the service is great, love the entertainment team, best 7 days for a vacation, debora, michael, pinky , randy , francisco, la gondola was my favorite restaurant, came with my family and my sisters had an amazing time at the water park and playing volleyball

The room and the bed was softy we loved it the food was good. The animations were perfect , thanks to the staff Francisco , Gregory big mama, Roger Deborah ...,...,.......................,.............................,..............

Me and my girlfriend spent a week at the Lopesan in the unique swim-up room. My butler Isaury de los santos was our butler who took care of us throughout our stay. He was very attentive and made sure we had dinner reservations every night. Would recommend!

The stay was great, the show was very entertaining, especially the entertainers Pinky and Tutti Frutti, the dancing was on point and great. The food and staff were amazing and a lot of attention was given to us by everyone here at Lopesan. We will definetely be back..
