Me and my boy friend have been at lopesan for a week that was my first time i don’t regret at all mention special to the animation team Fighter, kerry , big mama and fransisco they do an amazing djob I highly recommend the animation team

I can't gives more the 4 stars. My second time in this places. The hotel kept the areas very clean 5 of 5. The room 5 of 5. Checkin/out very fast in Adult site. 5 of 5. Bell Boys 5 of 5. Beach 5 of 5. Pool 4 of 5. Drinks premium brands 5 of 5. Buffet restaurant 3 of 5 has flies over the tables I suggest that they need to clean with alcohol the tables to kept them far away. They need to improves the quality and better premium foods options at the buffet restaurant for Lunch and breakfast. Desserts 3 o 5. Service 4 of 5, there are some employees that are not friendly. Reservation department or Customer Guest 1 of 5. We recomended this hotel for a renewal of wedding vows for a family member, more than 30 relatives from USA booked to attend the event almost all stayed for 5 nights, our travel agency for our referral requested an Unique bracelet upgrade for only 1 day that me and my wife booked to attend the event, was denied, only concession granted was to change our room view from garden view to a pool view, nothing relevant. I arrived at the Lopesan Costa Bavaro resort very early so my room wasn't ready yet, I was given the card of my butler (Mr. Jose Antonio) and once I spoke to him, he ensured my entire stay was super smooth, he made all my reservations and answered all my questions and if I needed anything he would make it happen. Thank you Mr. Antonio for making my wonderful vacation even better. This location is a must visit.
