Far from a 5 star hotel - wouldn’t even rate as a 2 star. Deluxe room - very delusional - mould, rust, very tiny bathroom - small wardrobe with no doors they have hung a net curtain instead, paint on furniture and the standard of the decorating is awful - sofa upholstery filthy, very tired and outdated, furniture on balcony broken can’t sit on it, broken floor tiles in room, loose sockets, light switches don’t work, air conditioning sounds like an aeroplane Restaurants - main restaurant needs updating, food inedible, cold and congealed, left overs from night before for breakfast next day - juice is warm as there is no cold facilities Reception - waited an hour to get checked in, staff slow and unfriendly - nothing else to say about it The grounds are huge and not enough gardeners to keep it up to standard, pathways are trip hazards - do not entertain coming here if you are not mobile and there is a sewerage stench throughout complex There are cats and peacocks everywhere There is no rep for this hotel everything is done via tui app chat - waiting to be moved to a different hotel DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL

Fantastic vacation overal! The various restaurants are excellent except The Quimera that is supposed to be the top one since it's strictly reserved for The Level customers. At Quimera, the lunch is excellent but you better select another restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable! The majority of the staff works very hard to insure a perfect vacation. Amazing trip. Our concierge was Jesus, he was super helpful, he texted us everyday, booked us a restaurant everynight and always caught up with us throughout the day. Perfect hotel, definitely coming back??

Jesus Merejildo was very helpful, couldn’t ask for a better concierge, would highly recommend. Was very polite and made sure our stay at Meliá Caribe was the best.
