Best resort I've ever been to! The rooms, decor, gardens, and fountains are beautiful! Rooms are always clean, food is amazing, service is impeccable, and entertainment team is very friendly and engaging. It's seaweed season and they take good care of cleaning the beach. I espcially want to thank Luis (x2) at the beach for their good service and friendliness, as well as Franklin (Chico) y Ronny with the animation team for their kindlyness. Definitely reccomend!

Beautiful resort. Great kids entertainment. Gerardo De Jesus is amazing with the kids. He makes it fun for everyone.

Best resort ever! Game room staff Gerardo De Jesus is the best. My daughter always went to look for him. Kids Island was a blast as well. Alot to do for the children here, they are NEVER bored ??. We will be returning 100%

Dangerous and unfit for families or anyone really

This is not a safe hotel for families. Do not come here. My family was attacked by other visitors in front of staff and they did nothing to protect us. It took security over 15 min to respond. Hotel rooms are covered in black mold and dirty.
