We stayed at the melia caribe beach for 1 week. It was fantastic. Night entertainment is great and there are lots of activities for children and adults. The beach and gardens are just beautiful, with animals and lots of tropical vegetation. We had a private dinner to celebrate my birthday (steak & lobster) by the beach , and the staff were fantastic. They even got us a full cake last minute. We were really well taken care of. Particularly Dionnis from reception, he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and he was really helpful all the time and took care of us. We tried many restaurants. I was honestly very happy with merkado and rumba, the buffete restaurants, and I could have eaten there every meal as it was nice and varied all the time. The italian and mexican have good service but food was not as good as the other restaurants. Tauro was good , nice meats. The steak and lobster dinner we booked by the beach was superb, huge lobster and a huge rib eye steak per person, and cesar salad. Lots of champagne and wine. Really good .

Excellent resort for family vacation. Highly recommended. At The Level hospitality was a great. Staffing at Riviera int’ cuisine made the difference during our stay. Beautiful views/ beach/ and sites Good drinks and atmosphere Picky eaters will be stranded with nothing to eat but hotdogs and hamburgers. There were supposed other options but could never get them

This was our first time in punta cana we usually go to La romana but we were pleasantly surprised. The facilities were beyond our expectations the food was delicious and the staff was super attentive. We enjoyed levels and the exclusive things offered as guest. Enjoyed a wedding party reunion

Octavio was amazing at the Riviera bar! He was super sweet and attentive the entire visit. He constantly paid attention to us and refilled our drinks for our entire visit. We will definitely come back and visit Octavio again in the future!!!
