The property itself is nice however our room was very dated and in poor condition. The AC could never get below 79 degrees and was extremely loud. This made sleeping and getting ready quite unpleasant. Several others in our group had similar complaints. Additionally the staff was unpleasant at best and occasionally downright rude. I would not return to this property.

The hospitality was amazing especially , Luciano at the level bar and Yohana at the riviera Breakfast. They Made this trip super special for us, also the rest of the crew as well but these two went over and beyond to make sure our stay was exciting. This place is so well kept, the added bonus of fun republic was great. We were never bored or disappointed. Hats off to all the staff everyone does their part to make this place what it is. We will be definitely returning.

My experience at the resort was disappointing overall. The telephones in the room did not work during my stay, which made it difficult to contact guest services when needed. Customer service was also lacking, as many staff members came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. One of the biggest frustrations was the transportation around the property. The drivers operating the guest carts often drove past without stopping, even when guests were clearly waiting. On top of that, the wait times for the carts were extremely long, which became very inconvenient given the size of the resort. Another issue was the lack of assistance with luggage. No one came to pick up my bags for checkout, which was frustrating and inconvenient, especially at a large resort. I also stayed in a Level room and was informed that the resort no longer provided the complimentary bags. However, the rest of my party received them, and I also observed other guests with the same bags, which made the explanation seem inconsistent and unfair. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall service, communication, and guest experience did not meet expectations for a resort of this caliber.

This is my best hotel experience to date. The concierge Fernando provided exceptional service. I will recommend this hotel to aaaaanyone seeking to relax under the peace of nature.
