Our Dominican friend and butler darling was the best! The property was second to none and well maintained and absolutely beautiful! The entire staff was such a pleasure to work with on our vacation.

We had an excellent time stayed on the preferred side. Was well taken care of by our butler, Anibal Miguel. I celebrated my birthday while there and he sent a cake to the room as well as arranging for our dinner staff to sing to me. We also had excellent service at the pool. Yamira took care of us there making sure we were never thirsty!

Our stay at Cap Cana Resort was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible butler, Darling. From the moment we arrived, Darling made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every detail, big or small, was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and attention that we felt truly pampered throughout our entire stay. He anticipated our needs before we even mentioned them, arranged reservations and activities effortlessly, and always checked in to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness, responsiveness, and thoughtful touches elevated our vacation to a whole new level. We also want to give a special shout out to Julia at the Hibachi restaurant, who made our dining experience so much better. I have celiac and she was so helpful! And Keila at Oceana was equally fantastic, she remembered us and my need to stay away from gluten and was sure the team was informed. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend requesting Darling. We can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! We were in building 5 on 5th floor and what an amazing view of the water! The staff here make this resort stand out compared to others we have visited! A special thanks to our concierge Reinaldo! He was in contact with us via text every morning and always found us daily to say hello and to see if we needed anything! We will be returning to this resort and will definitely request him upon our return!

The property is stunning it included immaculate grounds, beautiful pools, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere everywhere you go. A huge highlight of our trip was the amazing service from our butler, Darling. He went above and beyond in every possible way, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging reservations, surprising us with special touches in our room, or simply checking in to make sure we were having the best possible experience, Darling made our stay unforgettable. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly pampered. We also want to give a special shout-out to Rigoberto, whose daily positivity and upbeat energy brightened every morning. His genuine enthusiasm and friendly spirit helped set the tone for each day, and we looked forward to seeing him throughout our stay. The food, entertainment, and overall resort experience were fantastic, but it was the exceptional service (especially from Darling and Rigoberto) that made this vacation one we’ll always remember. We can’t wait to return to Secrets Cap Cana!
