We had an amazing stay at Secrets Cap Cana, and what truly made it memorable was the warmth and genuine care of the staff. From the breakfast team, especially Narquel, Helisbel, and Rafaelita, to the wonderful poolside crew, with special mentions to Esperanza, Ice Cube, and Judy with her sunset margaritas, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. We also enjoyed the dining variety across the different restaurants and special events (like the Dominican night). As a pescatarian, I really appreciated how attentive the team was in helping me navigate menus and find suitable options, with high praise for Franchesca. The teppanyaki experience is a fun group activity with a set menu and scheduled time slots that require pre-booking, and Bordeaux was a highlight once we figured out the casual-chic dress code (trousers instead of shorts). Oceana was my favourite, and Miguel gave us excellent recommendations. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and Yudelea came twice a day to keep it spotless! All toiletries were provided, along with a well-stocked minibar and a nespresso machine. I’m also glad we chose a swim-up room, located on the ground floor with private sunbeds, it was a peaceful place to relax after a day in the beach. I'm also glad for bringing a wardrobe dehumidifier bag to keep our clothes fresh. The humidity in the Dominican Republic is no joke! Overall, Secrets Cap Cana is a beautiful resort, but it’s the people who really make it exceptional. Their kindness and attention turned a great holiday into a truly memorable one. We’d happily return :)

Went to Secrets Cap Cana last December. Everything was top notch. Leonardo, our butler, made sure we had everything we needed (or wanted). We will probably make this an annual trip!

We had a truly amazing first time at Secrets Cap Cana which was also our first time to the DR and first time staying at a Secrets resort. Our stay was tremendously enhanced because of our concierge, Jenfry. He took care of everything for us, none of our requests were too big for him. His service was truly exceptional! He checked on us frequently and even though I know he had other guests, he made us feel like we were his only guests. We will be back!!

beware of the buffet if you have food allergies. and at the dinner tables if you have food allergies your food becomes tasteless. We reached out before we got there to ensure they could accommodate a gluten free allergy not a sensitivity, which we were assured they could. Yet at breakfast stale day old bread (beyond the expiration date), putting out empty bowls of cinnamon sugar, watching employees not adhere to cross contamination. While the concierge Manuel was beyond helpful, you pay for an all inclusive meaning food and beverages.
