We had such an amazing time at Secrets Cap Cana! From the minute we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and taken care of. The resort is beautiful, the beach is incredible, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. A special thank you to Juliana Maldonado and Georgi Eligio for taking great care of us! You are both amazing and we appreciate everything you did to make our stay incredible. Everyone at the resort was so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was great, the drinks were flowing, and there was always something to enjoy. It was the perfect place to disconnect, relax, enjoy some sunshine, and just spend quality time together. We made some great memories and definitely didn’t want to leave! We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back to Secrets Cap Cana. Until next time, Punta Cana! ????????

Our week at secrets cap cana was wonderful!! The resort was beautiful and the food was awesome. The staff was incredible, and I want to give a special shout out to Madelyn who works by the pool as well as Alex who was also by the pool! They were both FANTASTIC!! They had amazing personalities and were so much fun. Their level of hospitality was unmatched. We’ll be back in the future for sure!! We already miss you!!

Secrets Cap Cana rolls out the red carpet from start to finish! From the cold, eucalyptus towels and champagne on arrival, luxury dining experiences, and personalized butler service…nothing disappoints. Ericson, our butler, was super attentive and accommodating. He arranged all our dinner reservations, made sure we were comfortable poolside, and was readily available for any questions. We are so grateful for the excellent attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness of the resort. Also, we really enjoyed all of the nighttime entertainment!

One word- Amazing! There really is no other way to describe this resort. My family and I have been here three times now and don’t want to go anywhere else- it’s just too beautiful. We were welcomed ‘home’ by such friendly staff who are always smiling and happy. The check in process was very simple and the ladies who did this were lovely. When we got there we found out that one of the rooms had been upgraded to a sea view (swim out) which was truly beautiful. Our butlers (Leonardo and Alexis) were very friendly and helpful too- checking how we were doing each day and catering for any requests we had. We were pleased to see that everything was how we remembered it- the restaurants/ bars, pools, staff and rooms. The quality and quantity of food and drinks available were incredible- always something for everyone no matter your taste. The service of the staff was fantastic. They always went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and wanted- nothing was too much for them. We had especially lovely service by Alexandra and Mary in the Cafe, José and Anuery in the market cafe, Conan and Narquel on the breakfast ’desk’, Clarisa from the Bordeaux restaurant and then Mabel, Angela, Jomeira and Jojo down by the pool. The resort was well maintained and kept very clean- the staff constantly making sure it looks its best. Nancy did a lovely job keeping the restaurants and toilets clean- it was nice seeing her smiling face each morning. The entertainment team were great too- plenty of activities and games going on each day… even some prizes to be won! Mini Mi and Diamond were especially great and made it very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the little catamaran they have available to book down on the beach- we did it 3 times during our stay and managed to see turtles, flamingos, sting rays and even spotted a few flying fish as well as many other birds, lizards, frogs and crabs around the resort. The views on the beach and from the top of the room blocks are stunning. The Coco cafe team were excellent- always so happy and the drinks were great! It’s open 24hrs too which is perfect. The team even did something special for our parents anniversary which made the day more special. Overall a very enjoyable experience and the best resort to stay at! Looking forward to returning.
