Lovely resort. Felt like a king and queen! So pampered. Only wished we could have stayed longer. Big shout out to Angel (amazing waiter) and Jhon Cena from the entertainment team ‘Vamos!’ Don’t sleep on the nightly shows either. Incredible!

Our experience here was just fabulous. This was my 3rd time here and I know it won’t be the last. The food overall was great. The service was probably the best thing about Secrets Cap Cana. From the groundskeepers to the concierge, everyone treats you very special. Carlos Javier, our concierge, is one of the reasons we keep coming back. He unbeatable attention to detail and his quick responses when we have a question makes our stay very special. I have been to a number of secret resorts, and this is one of the best. I’ve stayed in the tropical view suite, the pool bungalow, and the ocean view swim out every single room has been special. Don’t miss this great resort.

We have just returned home after being at Secrets Cap Cana for a week. We had a fantastic stay and have already booked flights to go back next year. I'm a big reader of reviews before I go anywhere. There are so many great reviews for this resort, and I thought 'it can't be that good', but it really is! We didn't stay Preferred, just normal all inclusive, and didn't feel we had missed out on anything. The staff are all great, and very friendly. Our concierge Johan was absolutely fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good. It's a buffet breakfast, and then for lunch you can choose from a buffet lunch or a couple of different restaurants. We had lunch at the seaside grill each day, where you choose from a menu. We loved the tuna tartare and the shrimp cocktail. You could easily have something different every day and still not get through the menu. Then in the evenings you choose from six different restaurants, which are all a la carte. We didn't try the Japanese as we wanted to eat at the French restaurant and the seafood restaurant twice. The food was all excellent, the wines and spirits are all branded. The cocktails are delicious, and the frozen mango margarita was our favourite. The whole resort is kept spotlessly clean, and is a very good standard. We spent most days on the beach. It's got that beautiful white sand and turquoise sea, and the sea was beautifully warm. There was some seaweed, but you get that wherever you go in the Caribbean, and the resort would rake it up regularly. There was nothing I would change about our trip, and am looking forward to going back.

Our second visit there. Hadn't been there since our honeymoon and wanted to go back. So far it's my favorite resort in Punta Cana. They definitely treat you like royalty. They go above and beyond to treat you like family. Super friendly and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable and we love the double waterfall shower heads.

Simply WOW! The resort, beach, pools, restaurants are all amazing. What truly blew us away was the staff. Carlos, our butler with the preferred club, and Maria who spoiled us at the preferred club beach made our stay magical. The food was outstanding at every restaurant, the grounds were spotless and beautiful. Highly recommend catching a show at the theater as everyone is so talented and the production top notch. It was such a special trip all made by everyone at Secrete Cap Cana!
