Celebrated 11 years of marriage at Secrets Cap Cana (4 nights, too short) and our experience was AMAZING. The staff makes you feel like family (and, we became family??), the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back many times in the future! Our concierge, Alexander Reyes, made sure to share the daily itinerary with us each morning, booked dinners, reserved private oceanfront dinner and spa package for our anniversary, and made sure that we had everything needed. He even sent champagne and dessert and decorated our bed with rose petals the day of! The guys in the lobby bar were so much fun and knew our drink preferences by day 2 ;). The food was also very delicious! I wanted to stay forever!

The Secrets Cap Cana is a great place if you are looking to relax and recharge. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The SPA is very good with a variety of services. The variety of food options is great, our favorite was Himitsu which we went twice during our stay. Plenty of bars through the pool and beach with plenty of waiters around. Loved the burgers and fish tacos at Barefoot Grill!. Our concierge Alexander was excellent, attending every need or question we had. Pool and beach are amazing, room was excellent, no complaints it was an amazing stay and we are looking forward to go back.

My sister and I did a girls trip. We did the preferred side all inclusive and it was awesome. Favorites: coffee cafe with espresso that is perfection Poolside coconuts French restaurant with filet mignon and short ribs. Beets salad, cheese plates, creme brulee Preferred pool was quiet and serene. We sat from 8am-430pm We are pretty low maintenance and don’t drink alcohol The beach was nice but I prefer the water/sands of grand cayman personally Especial shout out to our concierge Leonardo for tending to all our requests. The servers at the preferred pool go above and beyond The chef making the crepes at the pool also made the trip super special

Great....until injured myself....then the level of service changed dramatically. Butler was excellent...but resort management didn't even bother to ask how I was after breaking my ankle. After dropping 10K for a week, and despite the accident not being their fault, was surprised at the lack of communication. Restaurants and staff were otherwise excellent.

We went to Secrets Cap Cana for our honeymoon and it was the best experience! This was our first resort, and Secrets has made us have high expectations for other resorts. We upgraded to a Junior Swim Out suite and it was worth it. It was nice to have a private pool when we wanted to just relax. We were near a bar, and the bartender Ramone was amazing at checking in and getting us drinks as well. Our concierge Barreto was super helpful and always there when we needed him. He was great at knowing when to check in and to say hello! He also assisted us with a booking a romantic dinner experience on the beach! It was a themed Havana Nights dinner and the food and music was amazing! Definitely worth the extra money. If you ever think about making the trip, definitely request Barreto as your concierge :)
