We came back for our second time to Cap Cana due to the wonderful service we had last time and this time just as wonderful as we remember! Jeison and all the staff were there whenever we needed them! Can’t say enough great things about this resort! We will come home again!

This was our second experience with a Dreams/Secrets all inclusive. Secrets Cap Cana in Punta Cana was so much better all around. The food was better, the music and entertainment was better and the staff were better! Our comfort, enjoyment and all the little details were made even better by Anibal. Anibal took care of any issues, provided us with all the information we needed daily, made all our reservations, got to know each person in our family group and checked in just the right amount without hovering. This was a great way to make enduring memories with our adult children. The Havana Nights dinner on the beach was a special night and an incredible experience. The grounds were beautiful. I would recommend Secrets Cap Cana to others and return myself.

We had a great experience. Fantastic resort and white sand beaches. Jeison Calderon was a great concierge and helped whenever needed. We were trying to find a gift for our daughter and he recommended a few different places. Room service was good and there were many restaurant options in the resort.

Went to DominicanRepublic for first time Chose Secrets resort based on reviews of food / accommodations. Rooms are large modern and first class. Ours had a balcony with Birds Eye view of resort. Beaches are large with white sand plenty of lounge chairs. Clear water. Food is above average but slightly less than we were used to on high end cruises. Service is outstanding and employees are kind and genuinely appreciative of customers. We appreciate Geraldo Rosario our concierge specialist who took care of everything during our stay and Kerlin at the front desk. They take pride in their country as we saw workers trimming the grass far away from the resorts even in the rain. Generally beautiful resort and country. Would go again.

My sister and I go on an annual girls trip together every year. This was our second time at Secrets Cap Cana. We can not say enough about how much we love it here. Carlos has been our butler both times. He is so kind and truly makes you feel like family. I would see Carlos from early morning till evening checking in on his other guests. You can see that he goes above and beyond with the guests to make them feel welcome and have the most enjoyable vacation. My sister and I enjoyed the bike ride, it was fun and got some exercise. The food was so good we loved to have breakfast at Rosewater every morning, We got a light lunch at the beach each day. We ate at every restaurant this time except for the Mexican. Every meal was really good. November can't come soon enough to get back to paradise.
