Review This is my Secrets Cap Cana review. I am not here to debate with anybody. This is my review and my experience. We arrived October 7th. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary trip. We always bring friends with us. We started the trip as a total of six adults. Our friends all left by Monday so that me and my husband could have time alone. My husband and I are long time UVC members. We love it! This resort was a bucket list item for me. It was absolutely beautiful. We spent our days by the pool. The pool bartenders are incredible. I really vibed with Manuel! He took care of me every single time I needed a drink. Loved Manuel and Ariel!!! Ariel and Jose C were also amazing! We had such a great time with these guys! Jose took care of us by the pool. He brought us food and water every time we were out there. He was awesome! Best smile! At night we hung out in the lobby area for the DJ and random shows. Carolyn was AMAZING! We all loved her. She was so attentive and kind! Ximorra was the other person who took care of us up there. She was a sweetheart too. Our butler, Ricardo, went above and beyond. He took care of everything we needed. He even arranged for our room to be decorated the night before we left since the next day was our anniversary. Rose petals, desserts, and champagne. It was very thoughtful. We tried every restaurant except Hibachi. We did the Italian and French twice. I wish Oceana wasn't outside cause we would have gone back there But the resort cats hang out at that restaurant and I'm terrified of cats. That was kind of a bummer. The spa was not impressive at all. The ladies that did our couple's massage were awesome. But the hydrotherapy was not impressive and the area was not great. It should be enclosed. Also the rocks for your feet, sauna, and steam rooms were not working. They were doing some construction. The beach was beautiful but the seaweed was really bad. We got into the water one day and it was gross walking through it. But once we got past it we were fine. The room was fabulous with an amazing view of the beach and pools. We were in 4302. The only negative was that the palm trees blocked the view of the sunrise. It was still beautiful but couldn't see the full rise. Posting a few pics of our views from our room

We went along with 2 other couples and had a great time! Food was wonderful and service was excellent! The beach was a mess due to the seaweed but pools were a great alternative.

We went for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. I would recommend to all my family and friends. Carlos is the best! Ask for him as your butler. Food was average. But that was only my issue. Otherwise perfect trip and we will definitely return.

Second time we have been to this hotel and it is truly excellent. The staff are amazing and every detail has been looked at. A truly brilliant hotel, well done.

Ice Cube and the entertainment team were great and provided exciting games and interactions for guests. Baseball was great!
