Great place to vacation. We were well taken care of by the entire staff especially Adrian when we would go for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the pool is a great place to and have fun and games

Great for Kids

kelsonf2020 on Jul 05, 2025

We choose moon palace at the suggestion of a friend and because it looked so family friendly. The dreamery staff (including Theresa, Karla and Fernanda) ended up knowing our kids names by heart, always coming up with fun and engaging content at the pool multiple times a day. The playroom staff was so helpful and kind and made everything wonderful

Ernesto the Dancing Chef at the Moon Palace sunset is an absolute must-see! Spend some time dancing with him, he’s a real showman. He left an unforgettable impression on us.

Good enough unless your are used to the LBC or LBLC experience

Good enough unless you are familiar with the Le Blanc resorts. I had high hopes for Moon Palace as an all inclusive family vacation with two young kids after spending the past 6 years at Le Blanc Cabo and Cancun. However it was disappointing with service and updated facilities. Dinner reservations were booked fast, service was too slow once seated at Tavola for dinner-we opted to leave from restless children and no server arriving, service at the grand buffet the most kid friendly restaurant (other than circus, but we only were able to book that one night in the middle of the week) was not up to par, had to wait for high chairs, straws, etc anything a young child would need, forget any drink refills. Spa appointments were few and far between. The pedicure/manicure massage chairs were broken, attitude given when asked about it not working (natividad was the nail tech). The manager did try to make it right offering a new chair after the completion of the pedicure (so the attitude received was quite peculiar) Just an overall disappointing experience coming from 5 star service like LBC and LBLC.
