My best dinner since my trip started! Riviera Maya is a must. Ask for Abraham! He provided the best service out of every restaurant we went to. I never write reviews, but Abraham deserves this with his A+ service!

Olivia at the Diamond was exceptional in terms of service and being a friend to our entire group. She made our trip very enjoyable. If you are a mender and can get her poolside you will be happy.

Píer 8 restaurant is our absolute favorite restaurant here at moon palace. The food is amazing and the service is exceptional ! We had Javier and Rosalinda as our servers and they were so kind, funny, and accommodating as was the chef Manuela for our picky eaters. Manuela is an amazing chef, we’ve never had anything like we had here. The people are truly what make the experience what it is and we will miss them so much !!

Ate at Pier 8 and Ramon was just as amazing as the food. Services 10/10 and food 10/10! Thank you so much for a wonderful meal.

Ernesto the dancing Ice cream man was one of highlights of this amazing trip to Moon Palace! This whole experience was amazing and service was top notch!! Food and entertainment was amazing!! We are a family of 8 with 2 teens and this a prefect option to please everyone
