Absolutely. We love the moon palace Cancún. Ernesto is the best part. He always remembers us and we love to see him and dance with him. We have been so many times to see him it is like he is our grandpa. Ernesto is the BEST!!!

Always Top Notch- we love vacationing at the Palace Resort! This year was no exception! The people are always what makes our vacations so great! Italia was attentive and detail oriented! Paul and Emma were the butler team extraordinaire! Not a detail was missed! Of course Lizbeth and Cruz were the best pool concierge’s around! Dalia at the spa gave the best pre-natal massage to my daughter who is 31 weeks pregnant! Other spa stand outs were Camilla and all the cute ladies helping in hydrotherapy at the grand!

It was an amazing experience, the show at the circus was mind-blowing and our waiter Israel was exceptional. Free transportation is offered from and to the airport.

Buyer Beware. I have stayed at Palace Resorts multiple times before, this has been by far my worse experience. We check in and there are no rooms available for the room type we booked. Our keys don’t work to let us in the room. We get in and there horribly patched up holes in the wall, cracks, hair in the bath tub and the mini fridge isn’t even cold and leaking water everywhere. They claim they don’t have any other rooms available except family suites but want to up charge us another $800/night!! They told us they would rather the room sit empty than to discount the nightly rate for us for our experience. I am very disappointed in Palace Resorts as this is not the Palace Resorts that I have experienced previously, they care more about their new resorts than to simply just maintain their existing and it show. We will not be back.

Spa is incredible and wonderful service. Food is also great. Sunrise rooms are dated but the rest is fabulous. Beautiful golf course. Service everywhere is fantastic.
