Great class to sail by Jesús, really clear instructions

From check-in to check-out, this was a typical first rate Palace experience. Everyone from the bellmen to the pool attendants to the wait staff are extremely courteous and overly accommodating. Even though this is an all inclusive resort, the food rivals the best restaurants. That is why we continue to come back to Palace. This resort company is really the best. Special staff to recognize are Arturo, Antonio, Tony and Sofia in the Diamond Elite office, Damien, Juan and Pastor on the beach and pool, Rosa, Jack, Hillary and Florentino in the Grand Buffet, Alexis in the Speakeasy and Viviana, Fernanda, Ruth, Lidia, Cassandra and Alejandra in the spa.

Have been to the Moon Palace for the past 5 years. Nothing ever disappoints. I would like to comment on the entertainment offered during the evenings on stage outside. The Grand Showman show was simply Las Vegas style high end quality. Wonderful artists and the fabulously (I have to gush ) talented singer Alaina ( I think that was her name) owned the stage. Her performance especially singing "Never Enough" from the film "The Greatest Showman" was truly incredible and left me with goosebumps. What a talent! It was a real privilege to have been in that audience. Well done to everyone who put this on . First class job. The next evening with many of the same artists from that gig did a "Rock Show". Again it was soo good.
