Booked here as irigional hotel was full to.accoate our 18 year old but though this would be better with having a nightclub. Son had room with hotting but honestly wouldn't put my dig in it it was disgusting, we did report snd they did say they would clean it but didn't look any better. Nightclub disappointing starts at 11pm and finishes at 1am prompt. If there is Spanish in they will pay DJ to just play their music and nothing else ... Food is OK but honestly take a 5 min walk to sister resort ... the food is amazing at every restaurant there and they have a proper nightclub playing variety of music.. We have always stayed at adults only but have to say this hadn't great the entertainment team try hard but there is so much room for improvement. Given 3 stars as bern generous but I definatly won't be returning...

What a stay. I have been here 5 weeks and I can’t recommend it enough. And the main reason is the staff. The spa is incredible. Esmeralda is an angel. I had a manicure/pedicure, a massage and got waxed by her. Each service was done impeccably. Please go see her if you come here. Her coworkers Isabel and Mario also made my experience relaxing and fun at the same time. Some great laughs were had. All of the bar, restaurant, security, housekeeping and lobby staff are amazing as well. They knew I was here alone and took such phenomenal care of me. But the entertainment staff… I can’t say enough. They brought me in and treated me like royalty. Marilutz and her dancers treated me to multiple award winning worthy shows and I was in heaven at each one. A super special shout out to Karina, Marco, Joni, Rhamses, Betto, Malu, Dulce and my new baby sister Luna for making me feel like I have a family here in Mexico. I love you guys more than you can ever know and I’m going to be so sad to leave. Don’t make fun of me if some tears are shed. Leave Sunday and am going to soak up every show, activity, Zumba class, restaurant and minutes in the pool I can. I have a spare bed free if any of you ever want to visit Vancouver. This is the 4th time I have stayed there because the food is so good and the rooms on the bottom floor are swim out. This time the coaiti have moved from the beach to the rooms. They have learned how to open the patio doors if they are not locked and running into the rooms grabbing what ever they can then running away. One came into our room at 4 am while we were sleeping and another went into our room while we were in the swim up pool grabbed something and ran away before we could get out of the pool to stop it. We learned to close the screen so they can't open it before you can stop them. We had cats, raccoons and coaiti come onto our patio at night. So a traveler tip is to keep your patio doors locked and test to make sure they are actually locked any time you are not in the swim up pool or patio and close the screen. We did hear them try to open the patio door a couple times at night after they were locked.

Please please please READ!! This resort is not worth 5 stars it's not worth the 1 star I gave it. My husband and I booked with a travel agent she was wonderful. But I should of done more research and reading reviews instead of looking at just pictures. I don't think they've updated the photos for about 7 years!! Lots of things happened on our 5 day stay at yukatan princess spa resort adult only. We booked the PLATINUM hottub suite. Let me just say don't waste your money on PLATINUM! there is nothing extra that you get with that. There are 2 different lobbies a platinum lobby and deluxe lobby (lowergrade) but honestly there's was better. First off we get up to our room and we want to take a hot relaxing soak in the jacuzzi on the balcony. I noticed after 40 minutes that something wasn't right since it wasn't filling up so I went out and checked and the water was draining from one of the jet hoses in the back of the tub all over the electrical unit and wires!! Complete HAZARD. We thought we will deal with that in the morning since it was 12 at night. I move on to the big tub in the room.....the plug is broken, and I can't soak in that one either. So I guess shower it is. As I'm taking a shower, it was filling up and pouring out into the bath area, not draining. The drain was broken!! This point my husband is upset he goes down to concierge desk to tell them all the issues. They say before we switch rooms, maintenance needs to come check it out. Like they don't believe us but whatever go ahead. They agree the room is trash and they move us over to the next room. It is now 2am. Everything seems fine. We wake up the next morning and it sounds like it's raining in the room. Sure enough a whole in the ceiling. We ask them if maybe we can just move down to swim out suite. They say yes but there is a $1,400 us dollar charge. ARE YOU KIDDING! When I originally booked it would of been a 250.00 extra charge for swim out and they want to charge me 1,400 NO WAY!. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE GUESTS. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND this resort at all.

Miguel at Live it Tours organised our trip to the cenote and snorkelling with the turtles ?? We were picked up from our resort, Miguel the tour guide was fantastic, spoke three different languages to accommodate the parties. We had a fabulous day, I would highly recommend.
