We had a wonderful time really a lot of fun the entertainment staff was great especially Ramsey and Luna. We stayed in a platinum room and we loved it. The food was also great especially at the buffet. The hostess Lizeth was very pleasant and our waiters Rosenberg & Elena were very accommodating. Can't wait to come back!! Debbie & Mitch

It was Enrique with the Bellhop boys for the win! The resort was nice, but Enrique made the service! He was so funny and charismatic and he always remembered us when we would come to and from the resort. He made us feel very safe and it was just a great overall experience because of him!

This was our second visit to the Platinum Yucatan Princess, and I can’t believe that we had an even better stay than our first in 2023. I think that this year the hotel has provided a lot more festive decoration which has given it a magical feel. When we arrived at the deluxe check-in, there was a small queue but the bartender was very friendly and offered us tequila while we waited, I thought it rude not to indulge ??. Check-in was efficient, we were provided with a map of the resort with WiFi and dining times and options explained. I really like the new wrist bracelet, long gone are the plastic tags that irritate you, these are satin with a wood plaque that doubles as your room key which stops you losing your key. Great variety of restaurants to choose from as well as the main buffet areas. Restaurants that we enjoyed were the Rodeo and the Kotatsu. Amazing breakfast options from pastries, cereals, cooked English and Mexican, fruit, omelette, crepes and smoothie station, so much choice. Great entertainment in the evening, the team work tirelessly to keep you entertained. Two pools, one lively the other quiet, lots of swim up pools can also be used. Beach is very rocky, so be careful if you have mobility issues. The beach bar is lovely with a good variety of snacks. Beach is quiet, there are vendors that try to sell you massage or local crafts but if you say no politely, then they do not bother you again. Spa area is lovely and they offer the full works. The gym is a nice size but some equipment, not all is a little tired. The rooms are spacious, with a great mini bar that is replenished daily. Clean towels and pool towels changed as often as you wish. We cannot fault this hotel, and I hate leaving it, I just can’t wait to rebook for 2027. Thank you to the whole team, chefs, waitstaff, housekeeping, maintenance , landscapers, lobby and concierge and bell hops. You are all amazing??

I have not been to this resort before and it was an absolutely amazing trip. The staff were all so friendly and helpful wanting to make the experience great and they all did. Enrique the Bellhop was always awesome he always made my day. I will definitely return to the Yucatan again everyone and everything was so comfortable they all made you feel so incredibly Welcome.

The location was beautiful, I did find the experience to be very average. The first two days we were here, Everytime we had a question we always were told to ask someone else, and it would be an endless loop, very frustrating. Amaury the bellboy was such a help, he made the experience so much better by helping us and being very kind. The atmosphere was average, wish there was more greenery. The room was okay, MAKE SURE TO DRY THE GROUND, you will slip from the water. The food was amazing, buffet had wide variety which is nice. The swim out porch felt very dirty, however, everything else was very clean.
