WestJet Rewards name change request form

In order to update your name on your WestJet Rewards account, please have the following ready: 

• WestJet Rewards ID 
• Current name on the account 
• Email address 
• Date of birth
• One of the following pieces of information that match your current Rewards Profile: 
  • Phone number 
  • Home address 

Information required for Name update: 

• New first name and last name for the account 

Note: Your first and last names must match your government-issued ID / Travel Document(s). Special characters (including hyphens) are not accepted. 

If you have “imminent” travel, please call our Contact Centre to request the name update. A reminder that all bookings must also be updated with your new information.
