I had an amazing time at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for both families and couples looking to unwind. The water park was definitely a highlight of our stay.

On arrival we had to pay $1100 for parking for 2 vehicles and resort fees for 9 nights we booked with Love Holidays ( we had a 2 bed apartment) The first apartment was dirty… all furniture scratched silly…. Kitchen appliances dirty….. part of the tumble dryer was held together with blue tape Spoke to manager and next apartment was better and clean but we played extra for a superior view and we didn’t get this …. The balcony got no sun The corridors could do with a clean and hoover …. Dirty At the pool they advertise cocktails for $16 …. So ordered one …. Charged me $19.78…. So complained and they refunded me…. Pools and water park are great but you need to pay extra for a sunbed at the pool ??? Toilets at the pools dirty and no toilet paper …. Same the next day We have been to Orlando 4 times in 2025 …. Will not be back at this resort

Went down to the pier and met Alex cotto he was super cool and helpful knows how to make the time fun for sure !

Came to the grove from Canada with my family and we’re having a great time met Alex cotto at the water park and he’s super cool !

When our door lock wasn’t functioning properly, Ted responded quickly and professionally. He immediately coordinated with the front desk and the maintenance department, and the issue was resolved swiftly with minimal inconvenience to us. His calm demeanor, clear communication, and commitment to guest safety and satisfaction truly stood out. Excellent teamwork and customer service—thank you, Ted, for going above and beyond!
