Should have know it was too good to be true. The price for a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was such a steal. Pros: huge condo which was great for 4 kids. Very clean, layout of the property was nice, great parking garage so close to the room. Nice beds, nice TVs. Cons: The cost of all the extras. Parking for 3 nights $110. The arcade averaged about $8 PER GAME. The flow rider, $35 to start. 2 loungers by the pool $60. The “market” prices…I bought butter, half gallon of orange juice and a crappy phone charger. $55. The “water park” is a couple slides and a lazy river and splash pad. Kids were bored on the first day. The crowd is loud. Pools are packed. Room has a full kitchen but one pan, no oven mitts, no sponge to wash dishes. Our oven didn’t close all the way, coffee maker didn’t work. No wash cloths for bathrooms. Bathroom exhaust fans is extremely loud. I’d spend more per night for a nicer experience

Great place to enjoy the pools and water park with your family and friends. Super fun environment. Good food and beverages. If you find a spot poolside, I hope you get Shavar to take care of you. He is the absolute best. Super attentive and friendly. He made our experience seamless and fun. Took amazing care of us. 10/10 would recommend.
Far short of expectations

We have been travelling to Orlando for over 25 years so I’ll start by saying that we have a lot of stays/resorts to compare the Grove to. The approach to the resort is rather grand and had us thinking we were in for a good stay. Check in was quick and seamless. The set up with the parking garage which enables you to park on the same floor as your room was good. Unfortunately that’s where the good points end. The room, whilst well proportioned, was poorly equipped and in need of deep cleaning. We travelled with a small child who likes to play on the floor but her hands and knees were black with dirt. I had to go out and purchase a mop and even after several passes over the floor, the pad was still coming up filthy. It was clear that the floors had not been cleaned in some time. Kitchen was poorly equipped; lacking sufficient glassware, no toaster and basic utensils such as a glass jug which we purchased ourselves. The fridge water dispenser was unusable as the water had a chemical taste to it. Bedroom carpets were very worn and living area flooring was damaged. Bedroom furniture had signs of significant wear and tear. All blackout blinds had multiple holes in them. Whilst the resort layout for parking was very good however it also meant that we were subject to noisy neighbours particularly on weekends and on one occasion past 3am. The arrangement with the pool towels was disappointing. In previous resorts, there have been an abundance of clean towels at the pool which are then deposited at the pool for central washing. We did not expect to have to self launder pool towels. The room towels were only changed once on a two week stay so these had to be laundered by ourselves. The room was also only cleaned once during our two weeks stay and this was a cursory at best. We were given minimal sundries (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc) which were never replenished. Bell services staff made us feel uncomfortable by requesting a tip upfront in case he was not there when we returned. The lazy river was full of debris and we felt uncomfortable taking our small child in it. One bedroom had an insect problem with what appeared to be small ants appearing in bed each evening - up to 15 ants discovered daily. Given the price we paid for the holiday (for what is marketed as a luxury resort) plus the resort fee, we do not feel that this represents good value for money and would not recommend to fellow travellers.
Memorable Trip Here!

Fantastic Resort. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We checked in early. First impressions were very nice. The lobby smelled very clean. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was amazing. Very clean, and smelled faintly of cleaning products, which told us they just finished cleaning it. The atmosphere was very calm, and everyone there was chill. No issues there. Cant say much on value, because we used our Westjet points to pay for the room. We did however go to the shop to get some necessities. A little overpriced, but no different than any other hotel prices, so whatever. The location was great for us, pretty much 20-ish minutes from everything. Walmart Nearby. The water park and lazy river was great. The property is clean. Staff always says hello. Will stay again!
