Not worth it!

Ben L on Mar 28, 2026

The location was great, close to Disney and other attractions. The suites were spacious with well-equipped kitchens, and the resort had several pools, water parks, and restaurants. Unfortunately, the resort was extremely overcrowded, with long lines everywhere and no available pool chairs. Maintenance was poor, with broken doors and garbage in the hallways. We had requested nearby suites for our group of three families, but despite promises by email, this was not accommodated and the reception staff was unhelpful. Overall, we likely would not return.

This resort has potential but not quite there yet

jasonbW2578FN (Brooklyn Park, Minnesota) on Mar 27, 2026

We stayed here for the first time for our family spring break. My family travels at least 3-4 times a year and I’m typically a reviews person, but I ended up booking this resort before reading reviews, and then ended up reading reviews the week before our travel date. I was horrified and began looking for other resorts but by that point it was too late. However, reading the reviews beforehand helped me set my expectations before coming. First, check in was horrible. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but the process took forever. I was in a long line and it ended up taking about an hour. It was very late when we checked in around midnight and they said a room wasn’t ready. That made no sense. The grounds are very nice; pool and waterpark nice as well. We stayed in building 1 in a 3bd 3 bath. Walking through the hallways I was very worried. It didn’t look great but then getting into the room I was relieved. There was a large trash bag sitting outside our door (apparently they had someone rush and get the room ready while I was waiting). After reading reviews I was extremely worried about bugs, particularly roaches which I had read from a couple reviews. I’m happy to say we stayed for 7 nights and didn’t run into 1 single bug. I had also gathered from the review a lot of inconsistencies in other guest experiences especially around the basic hotel necessities (toilet paper, towels, washcloths, etc). First they have the pools and waterpark but do not give guests towels automatically. Apparently they need to be requested. We didn’t know this but because I had read reviews beforehand we brought our own beach towels from home. Toilet paper there were an extra roll per bathroom, but ironically as I was waiting at the check in counter for my room another guest came down to complain that they didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper, and there was no hand soap (which again was a common theme in reviews) and she had called and asked for some to be brought to her room hours ago and none arrived. It was apparent to me that despite everyone at the front desk be very kind and understanding, this place was understaffed and for whatever reason, they dont seem to prioritize this stuff. This place could be great but shooting them selves in the foot. The other major thing I noticed during our stay- not one time did we see a housekeeper or cart in the hallways cleaning rooms or doing anything at all. The only thing i saw consistently in the hallways was filled trash bags of garbage from hotel rooms. I have never stayed in any hotel or resort and didn’t see the housekeeping cart each morning stacked with sheets, towels, and essentials. It made me question whether or not our sheets had been changed or not. They also did not have fitted sheets on any of the beds and the hand soap containers in each bathroom were not filled, and one of the bathrooms was all out of soap completely. My assessment is they come in the rooms quickly to turn them around quick by getting all the trash, throwing up a few towels and maybe wiping down anything obvious. While our stay was pleasant, it didn’t quite meet our standards or expectations and I don’t think this is the right type of resort for our family in the future.

Know what you are walking into

Erica S on Mar 26, 2026

This resort could be amazing if it were well taken care of. While the staff were pleasant, there was not enough of them. I barely ever saw anyone working and check in almost always had a super long line. The lobby appearance is very dingy. Upon entering I immediately regretted booking the location and started to look for an alternative while standing in line. While walking to our room the hallways were filthy, tiles were cracked. Entering my 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a terrace very much improved the situation. It was well lit, clean, very spacious with a full living room and kitchen. We requested extra pillows every night with no provision until the last night of our stay when they were finally brought to our room. They only empty garbage on 3rd day of your stay. Part of the enjoyment of going away is leaving a messy room knowing it will be cleaned up for you when you return. You shouldn't have to pay extra. The hallways remained disgusting. What seemed to be booze spilled in the hallway on Saturday and was still there dried up, by the time we checked out on Tuesday. The pools were nice for the most part. My family enjoyed the lazy river. Mulch surrounding the pools is a poor choice. By the end of the day there was mulch in all the pool facilities. Gross! The resort would benefit from some pool side activities and games. It does get boring. The 2 waterslides amused my 10 and 8 year old for a short period of time. There was a controlled burning occurring across the street which greatly impacted the air quality. Had I known of this, I would not have stayed there. I thought a room was on fire and reported it. There was no communication of the situation. The air was thick and uncomfortable to breathe in the morning. I did appreciate the free shuttle to Disney's Animal Kingdom. Uber was a good option to avoid the nightly parking fee. The information of amenities and meal options on the website are not accurate to what is provided. Because the room was fantastic, overall I'd say the resort was good but, I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

If Sebastian were a margarita he’d be on the ROCKS!

Sebastian at the Springs Bar was phenomenal. Amazing customer service and great to chat with while we were waiting! He needs a raise and all of your employees should mirror his customer support. 15/10!

Nice Place but Misses the Mark for Handicapped Travelers

librarychick (Illinois) on Mar 25, 2026

We loved how large our unit was (3 bed/3 bath). In-room laundry was great. Very clean. Our room backed up to a road and there was some noise from that but nothing terrible. Pools were excellent-we chose this resort for the zero entry pools. However, not enough chairs and not enough tubes in the lazy river. Grounds were gorgeous and well kept. Hallways look very tired. On site restaurant was good enough for lunch one day or you're close enought to every chain restaurant in the world within a quick drive (but no decent restaurants). There is not nearly enough handicap parking and 90% of the time cars without handicap placards or plates were parked there-security should be checking this and towing them like their signs say. Also, there is only ONE automatic door on property. One. This is unacceptable. We had a handicapped room-our bathroom was great but again, no power door and the bed was too high. Overall though it was a good stay.
