We had a three bedroom appartment overlooking the front reception and taxi approach but room was fairly quiet on 7th floor. Food and products in shope very expensive (tiny box cereal 12 dollars) and food in restaurant expensive Appartment was clean and although we had to ask for housekeeping, when it was done it was thorough. Man in reception Miguel was very helpful. Downside is if you do not have a car the hotel is very far from everything and we spent arpound 1000 dollars in 14 days on ubers. Pools were excellent though I would have preferred the lazy river to be deeper than three foot. Hot tub was out of this world, like stepping into a slightly too hot bath Big new shopping centre being built across road so some building noise I would go again but in maybe three years when shops are all built. There are shuttle busses but silly times - ok if you want rope drop but not if you prefer later in day

Our family had a short stay at The Grove and we wish we could stay longer. Everything and everyone was delightful. I thought the price for a two-bedroom with water park and hotel fee was very reasonable, and then they kindly upgraded us to a three-bedroom without any increased costs. We hope to go back again.

My family has stayed here numerous times. We always have a great experience and have made so many good memories together here. The rooms and resort/property/pools are really nice. The one thing that is always consistent is the service. Once again, on our latest visit (Oct 2026), we had such a wonderful experience with Soha. She is fantastic! Super friendly, helpful, and kind. She demonstrates what exceptional customer service looks like. Thank you, Soha! ??

This was the second time I decided to go with my family. The kids absolutely loved the lazy river and the slides. My wife and I stayed by the pool, and the food was also great. Huge shoutout to Tata. Always there for anything we needed and was just super nice and helpful, made our stay even better ??
