“I would give The Grove Resort and Water Park 1 star for the price. Despite the attractive property, the service was highly disappointing. No cleaning service is provided unless you stay 8 days, and you’re expected to take out your own garbage—completely unacceptable for a resort of this price. The staff is unmotivated and lacks any sense of customer service. It feels more like a self-service experience than a proper resort. If you’re a frequent traveler who values good service, this place will fall well below your expectations.”

If you go to the grove resort make sure to try out the flow rider. While here on vacation, I was right how to use the flow rider by my instructors Jax and Eric who did a great job in taking me from an inexperienced rider to shredding in no time. If you have the time it’s a great fun activity!

Hurricane Escapees! We came here to escape Milton, and have been here for almost a week. While it’s been a very good experience, I need to call out one incredible employee, her name is Witza. Computers and tech were down, they were very short staffed, lines were long and tempers high and patience low. I watched an irate hotel “guest” act like an idiot and talk down to Witza for over 15 min, demanding 2 extra room keys, WHICH THEY DIDN’T HAVE!!! I almost stepped in several times but knew that would only escalate the situation. I was so impressed with Witza’s professionalism and patience. I’m pretty sure he would have been eating his teeth for dinner if he talked that way to me. It’s a really stressful time, and due to this location, the amenities, size of our room and watching how great the staff has been, I had to write a review. I don’t write many but Witza deserved this!! So impressed, we could all learn something about how to handle ourselves from her.

We had a great experience during our stay here at the Grove. Everything was great especially at the water park. Dual water slides, lazy river, splash park and a whole lot of fun! We ate and drank at the water park as well, we had Tarusha as our server and she was immaculate. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I understand there were working a limited crew due to hurricane. However, if you can’t handle the flow, don’t open. No soap for sinks, I person at desk checking in/out guests, NO ONE answering customer service lines, I love the spacious suites but, please supply with sanitary supplies
