Roxana was an amazing help to my family and I, by far the best customer service I’ve seen in a while, I never write reviews but she was spectacular, if we go back it will be just for her lol

Nice water park but would be better if they played better music like tropical music or anything that makes you feel like fun in the sun but it was definitely terrible. Rooms were very nice and spacious but whatever they cleaned the floors with left a greasy residue. Also no coffee in the rooms. They had a coffee maker but no coffee. We had no sheets or blankets for the pullout so we called the lobby to order some to the room but they never came. Had to request them again. I think they are just too distracted checking people in bc it took forever to check in for some reason. Wasn't a quick process. Overall we had fun with what we had but if they made some improvements to the experience this place has lots of potential. I think the music choice at the Waterpark was our biggest annoyance since it really impacts the environment.

Decided to do a staycation with the family. Time was great. Room was nice. Restaurant food was decent. Bar & grill was better. Had a cabana for the day at the water park , our waitress was Roxana and she was absolutely amazing. Roxana made our experience great. She took great care of us. Thank you Roxana!!!!!

Me and my family have gone to this resort for the AAU world championship and for the past two years it’s been amazing! Mostly thank you to our favorite worker delisiah!! He is so welcoming and friendly!! Will definitely miss that!!

Our experience at the groves was awesome from the facilities to the services. We especially received awesome service from Sarai in the pool area who was very attentive to our needs. Kudos to Sarai for answering all our needs and delivering food and drinks on time. #awesome
