I love standing at grove resort and water park this is my second stay two years in a row I really enjoy the water park the waiter Michelle was an amazing server! Everything was brought out in good timing and she check on us a lot! very amazing services!

The Grove Resort was an okay experience. The condos do need some renovations. In our condo, one of the rooms had the electricity to go out of nowhere while the other rooms had power. It took a couple of hours for someone to come out and fix it. We didn’t use the dishwasher because it seems to be already broken. The hot water in the shower also didn’t last very long. The water park and pools are very nice but there needs to be something done about the seating out there. There’s not enough seating and the chair hogging was evident.

Restaurant-Old tables & chairs. Torn & ripped fabric on chairs. Felt like we were in a Denny’s or worse! Can’t send pics ??????? Pool was full of debris. Called 2x to clean up. No show/2hrs! Staff on phones way too much at pool. The rooms were ok, nothing special. Not inviting ??. Can’t close curtains for privacy in family area. Not safe. I was charged for my order & someone else’s at the Starbucks! Didn’t catch till we left. Called to report it. No return call! Water slide Park- water was dirty in the lazy river. FYI, there wasn’t a storm the night before. Wish I could post my pics!!! Very outdated photos! You’re paying for location. The only plus? A washer & dryer in suite. Had to call for towels more than twice. Repeat customers are unlikely here.

A mixed bag from a family from the UK! Our honest review it has it’s pros and cons but I wish things had been communicated before we arrived so we could have changed accommodation. Pros: Nice modern, Spacious 2 bed apartment, plenty of room and a balcony netted off I assume to stop any bugs but also felt safer for the kids playing. Grounds are nice, pools are cold! Arcade and Crazy Golf okay! Cons: We arrived late in an evening, Unfortunately we over look a building site so I headed down to ask to be moved. Only to be told it’s a sold out weekend and they would let us know by 11am the next morning.. I protested that we’re not here for a weekend but for a holiday but wasn’t interested in moving us! However whilst I was raising my concerns an American lady was happily demanding her building/room and given “choices”.. We never heard anything from reception! The apartment itself is clean, however floors are filthy and our socks were black within minutes. Not ideal with a toddler to be honest. Sparce pots and pans but we made it work for breakfast. Hallways stank of rubbish/dirt which I can only assume are the carpets, they probably need replacing or at least a good clean! Our final complaint was we were never informed the lazy river and slides would be closed from Weds so half way through our stay. Our 5yo was very disappointed so a heads up for a hefty resort fee would have been nice. I am going to complain when we check out as half of what we’re paying for is not in use. Hallways were also being painted today. Surely you’d paint railings on a bridge over the river and hallways in the “winter”
