Had a great experience in the Italian restaurant Tavola due to a very lovely kind lady Myrna. She always looked after my son and had special items made for him just as he requested.

What made our trip amazing was the staff at Beach Palace. Carlos at Tequila made us feel like family. Carlos found out we enjoy spicy food and went out his way to purchase some salsa for us to bring back home. He brought us homemade chili oil made by his wife for us to enjoy during our stay. Paschial, Daniel, Chef Ricardo at Momo and Angel at Smokehouse were all great as well. Chef Ricardo brought out a special dish not on the menu for us to enjoy. What a great gesture. Pool staff and room service was great as well.

Amazing love this resort. The people are like family. Gabriella Ernesto and the rest of the staff make us feel like this is our home away from home. Can't wait to come back after renovations. See you in August of 2026

We had a lot of great service here! The service was top notch! Alfredo, by the pool, got us drinks every day! He also would get us food if we wanted! Angel and Ernesto were our waitors several days at both breakfast and lunch, and they were super intentive and helpful! Gabrielle made the best omelets every day at breakfast! But I have to make a *special* shout out to Andres! He went above and beyond - making my husband a spicy pineapple salsa or pico de galo every day and he always went above and beyond to be friendly and attentive! The staff was 5 stars! Great service! Our family had a great trip!

Finishing up a wonderful week at Beach Palace, Cancun. The hotel is getting ready to close for a 6 to 8 month renovation, so we are excited to see the hotel in the future. The staff here was incredible, friendly, and the service was phenomenal. Special shout outs to Gabriela at breakfast who made the best omelets, Andres, Angel, Julian, and Ernesto- our servers at breakfast and lunch. We loved Alfredo, our server by the pool! Sergio and Michelle the pool entertainment were excellent. Celeste met us at the airport and got our transportation set up. The staff was wonderful! We will miss them!
