Drinks were colorful! Shows were fantastic! Veronica is amazing! I enjoyed my Swedish Massage! Loved the 24-hour coffee shop! Vela’s food was beyond our imagination

During our stay at Hilton Mar Caribe we were able to get a 2 hour special at the spa. It was a fabulous treat for the 4 of us. I was fortunate to have Veronica and would highly recommend her.She was amazing and very skilled with a "Swedish massage " We stayed a week and can't wait to return.

Irving at the waiting bar is an amazing bartender. He’s super fast and always checked on us at the right time. He made us really good drinks and gave really good recommendations. 10/10!!

Jorge is an AMAZING bartender. He made the most beautiful margarita. I love the attention to detail. It makes me feel so special on vacation. He was so helpful and we never had to wait for anything!! I love it here
Fantastic Christmas and New Year spent at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe

I travelled from the UK with my Mother to spend Christmas, New Year and my Mothers Birthday (24th Dec - 7th January). To be honest I was very worried after reading the increasing amount of negative reviews, but let me tell you know this hotel, staff and food were amazing and after only 2 days we both agreed it was the best holiday we have had in recent years (and we have travelled to ALOT of places over the years.) We had a beachfront enclave room and so would 100% recommend paying the extra for this, you get an exclusive bar with food and drinks and it was never busy. You also have an exclusive beach front area with cabanas that are free on a FCFS basis, and access to the Chala Sky bar which is where we spent the most of our days, service here is amazing with waiter service from your sun loungers for food and drinks and the food over lunch is AMAZING! Big thanks to Rita, Yami, Rameses and Oscar for looking after us here! We also spent some time on the sun deck and were looked after by Rita and Ixtel who kept us hydrated all day. Also a shout out to Arely Santos Enclave Concierge she is a credit to this hotel. From the moment we arrived and she should us around the hotel pointing out all the go too places she was always in hand to say hello and make sure everything was okay. This was especially touching when on my Mothers birthday we had a knock at our door and it was Arely and another nice male team member with ballon’s and a birthday card for her they also ordered a birthday cake which took service delivered whilst they were there and they sang happy birthday to her, she was so touched and cried with happiness so thank you so much for making this day so special for her. We also spent her birthday in Noriku and we did not have a reservation but they found us a table in 10 minutes (just had enough time to get a drink from the bar!) we were served by Juan Carlos (I think!) who was amazing and kept us topped up with Prosecco :-) at the end of the meal he also bought out a cake with a candle with 2 other servers and sang happy birthday to her again it made the day so special for her. The only thing that was a little bit frustrating is the speciality restaurant booking system which I do agree with other reviews needs some improvement….however I do feel that it is worse due to it being Christmas and a very busy time. They did change the way they allow you to book them for a period over Christmas due to how busy it is and you can only book if you are enclave (or have a white bracket not sure of this is diamond?) and only for the same day and the next day. This should open at 9:00 but people would start queuing at 8:00! It could take up to 45 minutes to actually get to the front of the line but we always got our choice of restaurants and the times we wanted, it’s just I don’t go on holiday to stand in a queue! At the start of the second week we decided to just turn up and ask for a table and we either got in straight away or waited 20 mins max which was much better. Even though this was a pain it would not stop us coming back to the hotel on the future as the food, drinks and service was exceptional from house keeping, mini bar stocker, restaurant staff, hostesses (shout out to Ivanna who always remembers us every time we saw her!) and bar staff. Please do not listen to the negative reviews as we had a completely different experience. We never felt like we had to pay extra for any upgraded food or drinks in order to get a table in any of the specialty restaurants. Go and experience this hotel you wont be disappointed. I wish I had been able to read a review like this before we came as I was so worried but I really didn’t need to be. We will definitely be re booking to come back here within the next 12 months!
