We loved our times at Hilton Mar Caribe and the staff here are amazing. Shout outs to Oscar, Santiago, Antonio, and Rubeen for being the best staff at the lobby bar, they are so sweet and accommodating! I cannot wait to come back and enjoy the resort the next time.

Great resort with good quality food at all the restaurants and good selection of alcohol included in the plan. The rotisserie meats served for dinner in the buffet are heavenly. The service was top notch. Ignacio and Abraham at the bar and Samuel at the buffet were excellent but really all the staff were exceptional. I loved the Enclave room right on the beach and love that beach access was so convenient. The hydrotherapy spa was also perfect, a little oasis in a jungle setting.

Samuel makes us feel so special and Lilly the chef from Vela was wonderful. Ha makes the best Mayan coffee and carajillos. We look forward to coming back every year to see Samuel again and he always takes such good care of us and remembers our orders.

One of the best all inclusive hotels. Hotel is very well maintained and plenty of staff to assist.Service was amazing, drinks and food were fantastic. Flores y Jair from the buffet were amazing. Gustavo at the 5 de mayo dinner and Diego from the beach.

This has to be the best Hotel to stay in Cancun , We come to Cancun once a year and would definitely make this our only option from now the place is clean , has different activities but the main reason why we loved it because of the customer service , Jair and Flores at the Buffet go above and beyond , Diego at the beach cabana was friendly and very funny we ended up spending all day at the Beach and service was always there , Being a HH Diamond member this hotel would be mi casa every time i visit Cancun from now on
