The hotel has everything you would expect and it is well done. The staff here made the difference. Our favorite outlet was Azulinda, the 24 hour cafe. Always something quick and yummy. ‘Starbucks’ like drinks and service. Dalia and Gloria really stood out as being exceptional at what they do. And always with a warm greeting. When we were in or near any of the pools, Leo and/or Kevin were never far away. They are both super engaging and fun to talk with. They are also committed to making sure you are enjoying your time at the resort. The spa experience was very cool and very worth it. The hydro circuit was as good as any and better than most. Yeni guided us through making sure we maximized our time there. I really like the way it is situated in the resort. Outside and also out of sight. Sheyla and Amores L. did our massages. Definitely request either of them and enjoy! This was our 3rd time visiting Cancun. This hotel had the best beach for sure. Soft sand, picturesque water, zero seaweed. Definitely recommend. Did not want to leave. Will be back. Justin and Katelyn

I liked very much the Spa service with Veronica and the team. The restaurants are very good too, they have Brazilian barbecue and other options

Excellent, great experience all around. Especially the lounge bartenders, Ramsses, Alejandro, Miguel and Norberto.

Excellent service! Great staff. Very welcoming and friendly! Food was not bad. Flama steakhouse is a must. Breakfast at La Luce is better than the buffet restaurant. We booked a spa session with Izbeth and it was very relaxing!

Had an amazing stay this week. We've stayed at a number of Hilton all inclusives and this one is probably our new favorite. One thing they did differently here is Seasalt was mostly serve yourself rather than sit down which allows a quicker lunch. The pool is large and the beach access is easy to get to. There were enough huts/chairs (early Dec) that we didn't have an issue finding a place. There are a ton of chairs around the pool area. The food is similar to the other Hilton locations. Same restaurants and the food is overall ok with a few standouts. Definitely recommend La Luce. Pizza is really good. Same with dessert and pasta. The service is amazing most everywhere. The beach was very clean with soft sand. Some seaweed in water but blue as can be. We will definitely return in the future. Good pickup with this resort, Hilton. A few thank you's...
