Mexican restaurant was outstanding! Emilio was amazing and a very attentive waiter!! It was my daughter’s birthday and they made sure she felt extra special! The birria tacos and chicken flautas were so good! We will be back ! Thank you Maxal

I spent 3 nights at the Hilton mar caribe all inclusive resort. The Place is very clean , rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly and helpful. Great stay, great food. Isai at the Flame restaurant was exceptional. He did a fire show for dessert, very impressive. Highly recommend staying here.

We had sooo much fun! And Isai from Flama treat us like kings! Food fantastic at Flama! We do recommend it a 100%!! Pools are clean and beach is beautiful! The snack bar with the coffee and ice cream rock! Staff caters to all your needs! Come and enjoy!! ??

Ok, let’s break this into a a couple items. First of all the experience in itself it’s a SUPER RECOMMENDED ONE, from the excellent attention of every staff member, from front desk ( Rodo) with the friendliest smile to servers like Juan and Ricardo, poolside manager, all the way to the pool hype and entertainment staff like Bruno, Carlos y Betty. Cleanliness of the pool and the whole resort is TOP also. Our room: we got a beach front double one with a terrace and it was perfect, twice bathroom with a huge bathtub and really cool shower. Early morning sunrise super recommended ;). Food and beverage: buffet is super complete and the perfect go to at any time but with so many options all around it’s wise to try the other options such as the beach bar with some fast options too. For me, the best restaurant in the hotel is the Noriku, we tried them all ( except Flama) and it was by far the better option. Edwin, the restaurant manager as well as Jose, Yayo and Idealfonso showed us a great service, the food was super tasty and the chef Jose even managed to create a vegan dessert just for us, it was superb. So cool of him to do that. Entertainment: we took it upon ourselves to try and do all the activities they offer in one day and we made such a great decision. Super recommended to follow the hotel suggestions. I almost forgot! The Spa Experience also a great one! The space is really well put and accompanies the the sensations and feelings creating an experience worth the extra cost. Hydrotherapy a must. Went on a rant but this is what happened :)

SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. Seriously. The waiters, waitress, housekeeping, room service people, even the operator just so wonderful. I booked one of the more ‘modest’ rooms. The beds were perfect firm/soft and ladies, there were so many hangers in the closet! The all day buffwt servers were all over it and the Fame steak was really flavorful, and cooked perfectly. (Thanks Isai!) Even the event coordinators by the pool were not dorky - inviting and quite funny. I’ve stayed at alot of Hiltons; they are definitely doing it ‘right’ here.
