Extremely friendly and enthusiastic staff. Leon gave us an amazing tequila tasting by the pool and was very helpful. Santos was a blast on the dance floor!

Great stay, food was solid, Fri/Sat night entertainment was enjoyable!

The Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe resort was an excellent experience to share. It was a great first trip with the whole family. They keep the beach and resort clean, and the service is excellent. Our favourite servers were Wilfredo and his crew, who worked at the Vila buffet. Overall, the whole experience was amazing for families, but also for couples. I recommend this resort highly.

Located close to downtown but far enough from crowds. Excellent service. Kudos to Ignacio, Ruben excellent mixology bartenders and Daniel beach server. Very attentive had a great time.

My boyfriend and I visited this resort for a week as a break in-between classes and it has been one of the most enjoyable vacations we've taken together! The staff, atmosphere, activities, and proximity to the beach was perfect. We were also Enclave Guests. Location - there were many tours offered to us from jet ski, to the mayan ruins, and Isla Mujeres. We did the trip to Isla Mujeres and it was amazing! We were able to snorkel and enjoy about an hour long boat ride and visit the island, very beautiful and clear waters with no waves, so very enjoyable. Although we didn't venture outside of the resort on foot, we heard there were many things walking distance. Rooms Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, slightly firm, but to my liking. We had the oceanfront room via enclave and it was very nice for early morning viewing ht sunrise or late at night watching the waves roll on. The shower and tub were separate in the room and amazing, super spacious and they had lighting that made for great ambience. Cleanliness - The housekeeping staff were really on top of it and replenished our towels, fridge, and other amenities. The dining rooms and pool side were well kept as well, the staff was onto of it the entire time. Staff: - The staff was amazing, I felt very appreciated and taken care of while out on the pool by the Seasalt staff. Specifically our favorite bartender Santiago, he always greeted us pleasantly and kept the vibes good. He had great banter and made some of the best drinks. - I cannot recall his name, but we had an amazing server at La Luce, the Italian restaurant. He was very attentive and you could tell he really loved his job from how he spoke about the dishes and the establishment. We were guided by Mari to sit outside around sunset and it was beautiful, highly recommend. - One of our favorite servers out of the whole experience was Santiago from The VeLa. He served us breakfast and lunch most days and never failed to put a smile on our face. He is very joyous and a happy man who also seems to love his job. He remembered our drink orders and brought us a special fruit platter with a parfait and had a very exceptional chef make us a personal dessert prior to us leaving during our last meal with him. I would recommend requesting him to have an all around amazing experience in VeLa (the buffet). - The entertainment staff was AMAZING, although a bit intimidating at first, they really attempt to get you involved and participate! Michelle, Gonzalez (may have spelt this wrong), and Christopher were amazing during the water aerobics class and really knew how to get the party going. Amazing energy and spirit that carried on through out the week. - We also enjoyed the activities that were held on the Chala Sky Bar at night, the two men who MC'd the events were amazing as well. Food: - For the majority of the food we had an excellent experience. I will say my favorite was the steakhouse, I really enjoyed the New York. My boyfriend's favorite was La Luce. He had an amazing mushroom dish, I had the lamb rack which ws equally as good. Teppanyaki was a phenomenal experience, but the portion size was a bit smaller than I would have expected, food was very enjoyable. My overall favorite spot was the cafe, they had the best carrot cake ever.
