This was our second time staying at the Ilikai Hotel in Hawaii. The location is great, and the amenities are okay, but the on-site restaurants are not very recommendable. Overall, it feels more like a basic hotel than the advertised luxury suites. That said, the prices are good for the location. The room was clean but definitely dated. Our second time staying here Even with its shortcomings, it’s still a solid place to stay, and I would stay here again.

I got upgraded on the 25th floor and the room was okay. When I walked in the room I saw some hairs on the baseboards and saw stains on pillowcases. I think they didn’t wash the coffee machine because when we put water inside we saw some coffee grinds inside the water. The bed was okay I wish it could’ve been more softer. Overall this hotel is okay but hopefully I’ll come back again.

Everything was good. We came during a power outage, so just one day we had to make sure we were not in the room without electricity. Also, the bedroom TV never could connect to WiFi or cable. Always had to watch TV in the living room.

Overall excellent! beautiful location! I extended two times!! Location excellent to get to Ala Moana mall and a short walk out to waikiki stores. Will be staying again! Was in town to visit family and several of us stayed at the Ilikai.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We have been without power for the last 7 hours and will remain without power for the next 3 hours. The refrigerator began to leak, and we have no way to go about our daily lives. The staff here have been incredibly unhelpful and are not assisting in any way. The surrounding hotels all have power, and we do not. Make that make sense. This is absolutely ridiculous.
