I stayed at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel for seven days and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well located and comfortable, making it an easy place to settle in for a longer stay. What truly stood out was the Front Desk staff, they were outstanding throughout my visit. A special thank-you to Theresa, who went out of her way to make my stay even better. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference. I would gladly stay here again.

I had such an amazing stay here and would 100% recommend this hotel. The location is perfect — super walkable to the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing. The room aesthetic was beautiful and matched the beachy Hawaii vibe perfectly. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. I really appreciated that they offer beach towels and beach chairs — such a thoughtful touch that made our beach days even better. The customer service was outstanding; everyone we interacted with truly embodied the aloha spirit and made us feel so welcomed. To top it all off, I had a gorgeous view of Diamond Head that made every morning extra special. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Hawaii! I’ve stayed here 2 times already and most likely will stay here every time I visit

Overall, a good value. Great location. Upgraded to Oceanview balcony. Great view, sounds of exotic birds at zoo across street. Bed too firm, bathroom too small. No coffee in room

The best views in Waikiki! We felt welcomed the moment we arrived by the helpful and gracious staff. Our room was perfect with a comfortable king bed. Both our room and deck offered breathtaking views of the ocean and Diamond Head. A perfect place to end our Island hopping.

Great stay at a super cute hotel. Two blocks from the beach. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The hotel restaurant has delicious food. I would go back!
