We stayed at Queen Kapiolani and had an outstanding experience, thanks largely to the excellent front staff who were exceptionally welcoming, efficient, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was pristine with breathtaking ocean views, and the amenities were top-notch.

Excellent service. Hotel is convenient and well-equipped, with clean spacious rooms, and comfortable bed. They have friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfied with accomodations and amenities. The hotel is just walking distance to the beach and stores.

Very satisfying stay for the whole week. The staff is very accommodating. The location is great. Close to everything we needed. The room is very clean and the vibes are immaculate. Tbe view from our room is extremely beautiful. We can see the Diamond Head crater full view and the beach as well. I love the free refreshments that they give to hotel visitors. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone planning on having their vacation in Honolulu, HI.

Our experience was a 5/5. The staff couldn’t be anymore accommodating. Thanks to Gerald who greeted us every morning. We had a large party so the double beds with pullout couch and kitchenette was key. The location of of the hotel is ideal if you plan on driving around town often as its on Kapahulu with close access to H-1. Your close to the beach, the zoo, the park, and the aquarium as well. So when traveling with kids you have options. For budget conscious travelers, there is a Dennys up the street, an ABC store and a McDonalds a short walk away. For dinner with large parties I suggest the Side Street Inn which is 4 mins driving up the street. They do family style servings thats easy on the wallet but has the best food around. My favorite for breakfast was the Barefoot Cafe right on the beach. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs which helps when traveling with the grandparents. Pick a shady spot and let the kids play in the water. We rented a Suburban and was concerned it would be an issue getting the car but the parking crew was able to get it quick. There are some peak times with guests checking in. So with antsy kids just have to be patient. If you like walking, you can walk right up the side of Diamond Head. Its a good 4 miles to the last lookout point and back. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

It was nice and clean, and all the people is super nice! I love the place because it’s close to everthing and my kids love it and close to the beach..and the room we have a nice view of the diamond head and a big balcony. I wil stay here again when we come back!
