Great place, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had the room with Diamond Head view and it was a nice view to wake up to. Steps away from the beach. Room was clean.

Made a last minute decision to stay in town so, of course, we chose to stay at Queen Kapiolani. We worked with Julie for the booking and wow, she always makes us feel like VIPs when we arrive. Front desk staff, especially Kim, was so friendly and she let us know about some new things in the area that we shouldn’t miss. Never disappointed when we stay here - you can’t get a view of Diamond Head like this!

Hotel rooms feel a bit outdated, we also paid extra for a room with ocean view but got one on the 5th floor facing directly to the hotel roof. Another thing to consider is valet is always full we had to park at the zoo’s parking lot across the street since we were not able to use the valet during our 5 day stay and it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place. A good thing they have is that beach towels and chairs are always available, staff is also super nice and attentive.

Location is east edge of Waikiki, good views of Diamond head. Bradda playing ukulele is helpful and brings good vibes. Quick front desk assistance with towels and necessities. Elevators crowded at times. Only advice is to clean out the overflow sink holes. They do not smell good and is my only complaint. Valet parking is good. Thank you and would stay again.

Perfect location, great amenities (free lei making classes, and yoga, use of beach chairs, and free refillable water bottles) and the friendliest staff. Welcome drink upon arrival and every room has its own mini fridge. Rooms were nice for the value! Would definitely stay here again.
