Perfect place to stay

Very beautiful place and wonderful staff. Kawaii was so very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was spacious and accommodated our group of four very nicely. The bed was a bit firm for myself but my mother-in-law said it was perfect. Our view of Diamond Head and the Ocean was breathtaking. Plenty to do in surrounding area on foot. The lobby was nicely decorated and the coffee smelled delicious every morning. The food on Deck was very tasty and the staff were very helpful. Live music was a nice touch to the already dream like atmosphere. Thank You

Very comfortable beds and room.Staff are exceptional !! Kawai Lead Bell Staff has a great efficient crew .Watching flocks of green parrotts fly by an extra balcony treat.A lovely stay with Aloha ??

One night stay at Queen Kapiolani

We stopped here for one night before flying out next afternoon. wanted to try a different hotel at that end of Waikiki. Staff was a highlight of our visit, everyone friendly, and very helpful. We had the studio room, with an ocean view. As advertised a bit small but worked just fine for our one night. No information about the hotel in the room, had to bother the front desk with questions. Apparently the only ice/water dispenser was down by the bellhops, not on each floor. was a bit of a pain. elevators always busy. we heard several dogs barking on our floor from time to time. A couple blocks walk to the beach.

Could have been better & I don’t recommend this hotel

Even though the hotel said it was $100 hold for the room, the hotel ended up withdrawing $700.29. This is unacceptable. This is the second hotel that does this(Wayfinder is fist one) where the hotel withdraws a lot more than the “hold” for the room.

Although my visits are very short, the customer service at valet, front desk and housekeeping are top notch. The room is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. They provide the right amount of room amenities and the Deck is a great place for any meal.
