Dusappointing, , but good locatonn

Room was lovely, given an upgrade on arrival, which was a sub standard room. Had to swop to room we booked next day, leaving us without a room for 6 hours! Unacceptable! No apology! I expect more!
BEWARE OF HOTEL’S INABILITY TO PROVIDE PARKING FOR GUESTS!!!!

Made reservations for a Junior Suite weeks ahead of time for two night stay. Upon check in was told there was no room left at the hotel for parking. I asked to speak to the manager and Zoey basically said, sorry-too bad. I was directed by the parking attendant to try parking in the Zoo parking lot across the street. Spent 20 minutes circling the lot before getting lucky to have a car leave just ahead of me. Parking only allowed for 4 hours at a time. Had to keep crossing the street to pay again. Last paid ticket expired 11:00 pm. I took the risk and did not return to extend that parking another 4 hours. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times without this issue. THIS TOTALLY SPOILED what could have been a nice stay. BEWARE!!!

The bathroom must be renovated and remodeled. Especially the bathtub must be replaced. The balcony must be repainted. Rust must be removed throughout the unit. Carpet must be cleaned and refreshed.

We loved the hotel! The spot it's at is perfect, great views of the beach and Diamond head. Great decor, great pool, chill vibe!
