Amazing accommodation!

My family and I would like to send a huge Mahalo to the staff at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel! Thank you so much for your accommodation on such short notice for us and our large dog for a place to stay for the week as our place in Haleiwa was affected by the Kona Low storm on the North Shore. Your graciousness and hospitality helped get us through a difficult time. We immensely enjoyed our time at your beautifully appointed hotel. Marta, the housekeeper was especially sweet to us asking every morning how we were doing and providing any comfort we needed. The amenities and dining options were all top notch as they provided some comfort from the storm. Thank you, again! You all are amazing and beyond appreciated! We will definitely be back for a proper staycation!
Happiness in a hotel

This is one of my favourite places to stay. It’s situated opposite the park and zoo, and set back a block from Waikiki Beach and the pier. The Deck restaurant and Knotts Cafe have fresh, healthy meal options (and Aussies take note: good coffee!). The staff are lovely and the whole place has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home right away.
The Queen Kapiolani Hotel--A Great Choice in Waikiki

At its price point and given its prime location, the Queen Kapiolani Hotel offers outstanding value. Like many of the area’s older properties, there are occasional signs of age, but the hotel is clearly well cared for and remains both appealing and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and—depending on placement—feature expansive views through large windows. On-site amenities are a strong plus, including an inviting bar and restaurant, an excellent coffee shop, and a pool deck that offers a direct sightline to Diamond Head. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, and the hotel provides beach chairs for guests to enjoy the sun and surf. For the best experience, opt for a room with a balcony so you can take in the view with your morning coffee. Best of all, the entire staff embody the Aloha Spirit--welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We would be happy to stay at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel on our next trip to Waikiki.
A Magical Place

What a gem. My room was Diamond Head-facing, and was so beautiful a view that it was hard to leave. With how gorgeous the immediate area was, I was forced to. It was my first solo trip in my life, and felt so safe, so private. There were countless families with children, happy couples. To call it beautiful would be an understatement.
