Location, Rooms, Cleanliness, Noise level, Sevice, Amenities, People who work there, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

First time in Hawaii and was extremely satisfied with our stay. We had an ocean view room and it was gorgeous. We enjoyed making Leis and the bar had great drinks. Would 100% stay here again.

My family and I stayed at Queen Kapiolani Hotel in preparation for my graduation. ????? Perfect location, stunning views! Big shoutout to Stacy and Jeris for their utmost excellent service and ensuring a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back again!! Mahalo for a lovely experience ????
First trip to Honolulu!!

The staff was very friendly and informative. Room was ok. We were never in it so not much to say. There was a large gap around the front door of the room. The hall light was shining in our room at night. There was a lot of gnats around the bathroom sink. Would we stay there again, absolutely!
Really amazing place for a vacation

The location was perfect for everything we needed and it was such a beautiful stay. Everybody was so welcoming and kind. If we ever do go back to Waikiki it would be the place we would stay again. We were there for a friend‘s wedding. The venue was great. The restaurant on the third floor was also amazing. The braised beef was really delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
