The room was nice and the bed was comfy, only critique would be the size of the room it was a bit small but laid out well. The highlight of our stay was at the pool deck, we ordered some sliders and they are the best sliders we’ve ever had! We also order some butter truffle fries and they were also very good. Easily the best meal of our trip.

This is always my choice hotel to stay and I've been returning for several years now. Room 1212 Diamond Head view met my expectations, room rate met my expectations as well, front desk staff and valet staff were excellent and professional. To top it off they made me feel very welcome, from arriving to leaving, overall my stay was an excellent experience and I'll be back again......Mahalo

A great hotel choice near Waikiki Beach but still far enough to avoid huge crowds and still walkable to all the major spots. The hotel provides towels and chairs for beach going, and the staff was extremely helpful and eagerly gave recommendations for things to do. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but still nice!

Overall, we had a very good stay. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Service throughout the hotel was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We also had a meal in the restaurant and thought the food was very good. The complimentary cold beverage was a nice touch and appreciated after a long day. Valet service was professional, and the bell check process was smooth and easy. There were a few minor things that could be improved. The hotel was a bit louder than most places we’ve stayed, and the shower pressure was higher than expected. The pool is only about five feet deep, which may matter for some guests. We also had one encounter with a rude customer, though that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault. Lastly, we noticed some peeling paint in the shower area. Overall, these were small issues and didn’t take away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Excellent and friendly service, very clean and well kept room, perfect location. Highly recommendable. The Bell Desk is very helpful handling baggage custody services and beach towels/chairs. Valet parking is very efficient.
