Amazing views but we weren't lucky with the cleaning.

Upon check-in, I found someone else's hair on a towel I hadn't even touched, and there was a disgusting smell of vomit coming from the bed. They fixed everything after the first night, but offered no gesture of apology or compensation.

Loved my stay here! Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable. My view of the beach was spectacular. I loved the coffee shop/cafe in the lobby and the free beach towels for the beach.

Great atmosphere! The breakfast was mid but the rooms were nice and clean. Love that it's right across from the beach.

I had a very relaxing time though our stay was only 5 nights. Very genteel yet up to date. It was grad week in Hawaii so lots of adorably happy teens having a holiday. The Deck is wonderful, loved hanging out by the pool. The palm tree tops waving at eye level on the third floor pool area was so relaxing! The food was great, and the staff so accommodating. I was very happy to be there, this is our third time staying there.
