Excellent experience!
Irina C on Jan 06, 2026
I stayed here from December 9 to December 14 on my first trip to Hawaii, and the experience was excellent. James at the front desk helped me with check-in, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. He was warm, professional, and always happy to answer any questions. I was very satisfied with the room I was assigned. I would definitely come back again. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and the hotel’s location is fantastic—it truly met all of my needs.
Marriott is the dregs

The corporate bean counters for Marriott has taken all the fun out of vacationing at their hotels. The people at the front desk are all depressed. They charge $75 to park There is construction at the hotel They charge $1100 for two adults and two kids for the luau The second floor of the main tower is a ghost town very dirty depressing All of the nice of these that normally accompanies vacationing in Hawaii have been murdered by Marriott There was a time when Marriott had standards, but boy they are awful Avoid this hotel it’s dirty. The people are unfriendly and it’s not worth the money – – unfortunately we spent over $500 per night on two rooms. Go to the outrigger at least they have Dukes and have a lot of stuff going on there.
