A motel disguised as a hotel.

Our stay at the Marriott Waikiki was disappointing from start to finish. I booked two rooms in advance through my Chase Sapphire Reserve card, specifically requesting that they be next to each other so my children could be near me. I was promised an upgrade, a welcome gift upon arrival, a $100 credit, and a guaranteed check-in time of 3 PM. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. The hotel placed my children four floors below me in a different room than what I booked and even in a different tower. To make matters worse, there was mold and stains in our room, which was completely unacceptable. The hotel failed to disclose on their website that in-room dining had been discontinued, and the hotel credits were almost impossible to use, as they were only applicable to a limited selection of programs. To top it all off, the front desk staff was extremely rude, especially David, who was particularly unhelpful. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The lack of customer service, cleanliness, and transparency is unacceptable, especially for a property under the Marriott brand.
Nice but room for important

Not quiet on the standard of other Marriots. The location is Convenient for the beach. But pool and spa are very Lackluster what minimal space as its very small for the size of the hotel. Parking is also very difficult to get especially on summer season. But luckily we were able to valet the car when lot is full. Convenient to have two ABC Stores in starbucks inside the hotel. Housekeeping did an amazing job especially Brandy.
