Very disappointed with the hotel, we usually come 2-3 times a year, people from abroad get the highest rate, the last two times very unpleasant, the rooms with a very bad smell of humidity, in this stay we got one of those who take you to your room very despotish and rude who did not want to give us raite because our room was close he brought minors with me who felt very tired !!! The room that touched us was too wet and with the whites of the bed with a very bad smell of sweat/damp the almuahdas with very bad smell, the blanket very rough and the bed linen in very bad condition. I spoke to give my complaint to reception and they couldn't solve it because they didn't have cleaning staff to come and take care of my complaint!! This stay is too unpleasant!

Evelyn and Julio at Emerald Bay absolutely made our stay the best it could be! We loved our time with them during our vacation in January. Evelyn has a great attitude and makes the activities always very fun! Julio is the best waiter and made our time at the pool excellent the whole time ! Love you both! ??

Pueblo bonito has been a home away from home. Very clean, well kept, beautiful, maintained great, and the staff is so friendly. Check in is easy and quick even though it is a busy time at the beginning of the week. The room was always clean when we returned from daily activities. Adela is very friendly and great! Well stocked, mopped, and even did the dishes in the sink unexpectedly! We booked a fishing tour through the hotel and the bistro offers an awesome experience if or when you catch a fish! Gilberto and the rest of the staff at the bistro are incredible but if you can get Gilberto, he is absolutely amazing! Poolside drinks are a huge bonus! Alberto and the bartender he works with were very quick and remembered our order daily! He was wonderful to work with and delivered to the painting experience too! The value of the hotel with the all inclusive meals and drinks is the best way to spend a trip away from home. The last thing that made this place special is the amount of safety that they have for their guests. We never felt unsafe or cared for.

Oh we had such a wonderful time! The food was delicious! The staff was WONDERFUL! We loved our room...it was only one bedroom but it was huge...they should remodel it into more bedrooms...lol. We absolutely loved walking the grounds in the morning...but let me say again...the food was AWESOME! We have stayed at all inclusive resorts in Cancun and in Cozumel and by the third day we were looking to leave the resort and get something different to eat...not here! We played pickleball, got massages, and made fun pottery that a year later still graces my kitchen counter! And don't worry if you are not artsy...somehow my spoon rest that I was pretty sure wasn't going to make it to the suitcase because I am not a great painter...was GORGEOUS! Thank you to the staff that have so much artistic talent that I still knew it was mine...but they made it great!

After 20 years they have let everything but the grounds go to hell ie: adult pool jacuzzi now has only 1 functioning jet. Many other issues with the spa and rooms.
