Very enjoyable experience at the Hilton Convention Center in Anaheim. Here for the American Farm Bureau convention. Room is exceptionally clean. Employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Zeb in Guest Services for his help and knowledge. Will definitely stay here again for family trips too.

Room was comfortable, extra things we asked the front desk for were delivered within minutes! Great attention to detail. Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed our interaction with Zeb from Hilton Grand Vacations - he was very nice and personable and we are very excited for our upcoming trip to Orlando. Even the Starbucks employees were very kind. My only feedback is parking - we came in very late after Disneyland and got confused by the parking situation ans end up walking 10 minutes through the conference area with our luggage, and only realized the next day where the elevator was that led directly to the hotel. So more signage would be helpful for weary travelers rolling in with their eyes half open! Otherwise, I was incredibly impressed with the beautiful lobby, perfect room, and kind service we received.

Everything was great, except the TV was terrible. Ghost images burned on the screen. The color was so faded it almost looked black and white.

Pankaj is the best and I bought just because of him. I have taken these with Hilton before and did not want it, but he was too nice to pass up.
