Bruno G. was in great spirits. We enjoyed our conversation and he had such great customer service. We will definitely be coming back. Hilton Anaheim is a nice hotel especially for family and friends. We look forward to our next vacation with Hilton suites.

We had a great stay — chose hotel for proximity to Disneyland. The hotel price was so reasonable, the rooms were clean, quiet, and well maintained. There is a restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby. Also, there is a free shuttle provided by Disney when exiting the park that drops you off 0.5 miles from the hotel—super easy and safe walk back. Would 100% recommend and will stay here again for future visits!!!

We hated our stay and it actually had nothing to do with construction (other than maybe it’s twenty years too late). The lobby and such is actually nice and indicative of a 4 star hotel but the rooms are 2.5 star rooms at the most. The bathroom looks like it belongs in a prison. Lumpy beds, carpet with holes and wet spots (wtf?!) no body wash, even the vending machines were out of water (and the tap water was cloudy) and ice machines out of order. The hotel is literally worse than a motel 6 IMO. I would never come back.

HGV was shared with us through Stephan Palalay. He shared the benefits while checking out and we were impressed. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to try the package. I really like that although we are checked out, we can still keep our vehicle in the parking lot until 6 pm. This would out great for us. The only down side of our room is it didn’t have a microwave to heat up our food.

Best customer service we’ve ever received at a hotel and thank you grand vacations for helping us book our next trip Stephan was great help and set us up with a great trip at a great price! Highly recomendé staying and the new renovated floors are amazing
