Do not recommend this hotel; do not stay here. Absolutely no customer service.
I spent an hour making a six-day booking for work. I was put into a king-sized room when I needed two queen beds. They were going to charge me $50 a night for an extra cot. The initial staff member who did the booking suggested calling back to make a change to my reservation when a double room would become available.
I called over ten times to try and get someone to make changes to my reservation. No one would help me. They would say there was a double queen available, then they would either transfer my call or tell me to call back. They obviously do not need customers.
I wasted so much of my personal time trying to get this sorted out via phone and email and in the end received no service.
Worst than starless motel!

This could not be a hotel but motel!
Hotel needs urgent renovation.
Very old, noisy furniture.
Huge motel takes advantage of Hilton Branding and the location.
Expensive parking, few elevators for huge building.
Don’t trust pictures what they shows you on the Internet.
Also count un respectful families with the children next to your room, old building is very noisy.
I am thinking what was positive for us but could’t find.
Business meets Disney

Just stayed at Hilton Anaheim for my Disneyland trip. This hotel is perfect for business travelers or groups with a member who needs to get work done during their vacation! I love the Starbucks on property and being able to see the Disneyland fireworks from my room!
Nice place, great for families

We stayed here 2 nights for a trip to Disneyland. There is an ART bus stop right out front that is not affiliated with the hotel, you can buy a ticket in advance or just pay on the bus. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. Our room was on the same floor as the pool/lanai which we didn't have a chance to take advantage of but I can see it would be a great floor if you have time to be at the pool or for kids with extra energy to run around on the lanai deck. This looked like a great spot to sit and have morning coffee too. I read in other reviews before we booked/stayed that the hotel is noisy but that isn't a reflection of the hotel or the staff. The hotel is connected to the convention center and while we were there a cheer competition was happening. I can understand how some extra critical guests could possibly hear the girls giggling as they walked to / from their rooms but I never heard them during the night/early morning. The staff was friendly, especially in the restaurant, they bent over backwards to ensure our breakfast experience was great. Thank you.

My wife and I loved how close this was to Disney, and how comfortable the room was. Also sunset roof was included although we didn't use it, it does look nice in case you were wanting to see the sunset.
