This is our favorite hotel when coming to Disneyland! It is walking distance and we love the new remodel! We met Adam with HGV and were able to book a future stay! He was amazing and so helpful!

Jaci best valet. Very attentive. Car was waiting when I called from room. No problems at all which cant be said for other hilton properties.

Zen did a great job. The house keeping staff was super friendly especially with our elderly parents on the trip with us. Thank you for a great experience. Enjoy your day ??

This hotel was chosen by my company, as we were hosting our annual convention in Anaheim this year. This was the perfect hotel for my commute every day to the convention center. It was basically connected by a beautiful walkway only a few feet away. It made for an awesome commute for early mornings. Prior to arrival I checked in on my phone and chose the room I wanted. Unfortunately, my room was not ready due to my early arrive but the front desk asked me if I would like to switch a room that was available. After being on 2 hours of sleep prior to traveling from DC to CA I was indeed ready for a room. I was able to check in around 1ish and that was perfect for me to proceed with my day. They also accommodated me for a late checkout on my last day since my flight was red eye and I was still actively working an early shift for my convention. Even though I didn’t have the best view for my stay but they texted me throughout my stay to check and make sure I needed anything. I requested an extra towel and dropped a bag of extra towels at my door since I was on privacy status. The only one thing I would change about this property is having the slowest Starbucks in Southern California but the awesome lounge in the lobby makes up for a great night cap. But just be prepared for noise population anytime the bar is open. But it’s a great vibe and touch to the hotel. The drinks are also prepared well. Keep up the good work!

Pankaj Shrestha was awesome! He was very thorough when explaining the vip Hilton honors program to me and I ended up becoming a member.Excellent customer service!
