A wonderful place
Spaceship7 (Atlanta, Georgia) on Dec 27, 2025
This is a wonderful place. We went both for thanksgiving and Christmas. Loved the pool staff. Thank you to Ken B and Clark for how they navigated the pool and kept kids from running. The showed us care and concern. John in Concierge was a joy. We loved the history tour and highly recommend. Thank you to Romano in engineering for helping with our son’s PS5. The coffee shop staff are wonderful along with the entire team and Mcaurthurs. Appreciate the celiac safe menus. We highly recommend this location.
Too Bad
10minl8 (Tucson, Arizona) on Dec 27, 2025
The property, service, and restaurants were impeccable - the 3 star review is because of dogs. Well not the dogs themselves ( they're just animals after all ) but rather their owners. I didn't enjoy going out on my patio to have a dog growling and baring it's teeth at me while its owner was busy chasing her other unleashed dog or watching them relieve themselves on the landscaping. If the guests followed the hotel's pet policy everything would be fine but unfortunately some people treat the property as a unleashed dog park.
Far from five star
Morgan C (New York City, New York) on Dec 27, 2025
This is absolutely not a five star resort. When we arrived, our first villa bedroom smelled awful and the room was extremely hot. The space honestly felt like a Best Western, not a luxury resort. It turned out there had been vomit in the room and we had to be moved to a different villa, which was not a great start. What became very clear is that location within the property matters a lot. The villas closer to the main pools are noticeably newer and better maintained. The villas farther away are extremely outdated, something you would never know from the photos online. We dealt with a clogged drain, a loose outlet that would not charge a phone, peeling paint on the walls, and generally worn down rooms that felt neglected. The hot tubs were also disappointing. One was not working at all, and the others were overcrowded with kids and frankly pretty gross. Not what you expect at a luxury resort. To be fair, there are a lot of pool options, which is nice, and the pool areas themselves are the strongest part of the property. Overall, the outdated villas really drag this place down. For the price and the branding, the condition of many of the rooms is unacceptable. If you stay here, you absolutely need to be near the pool areas or you will be very disappointed.
A perfect family retreat!

We had a great time at the Arizona Biltmore! Location is perfect, right in the middle if you want to explore Phoenix , Scottsdale or take a day trip to Sedona. The resort is beautiful and fully renovated. The grounds are manicured with a variety of pools and plenty of space to enjoy. We stayed in the villa that was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent! The only complaint is the low water pressure in the showers. We will be back!
Overpriced+ room reaks of sludge
Hunter C on Dec 25, 2025
The first room was filled to the brim with sludge. After getting moved to a different room, I couldn’t help but notice how overpriced the place is, nothing justifies the cost. And the Canary Sunday was just not acceptable, also why does the ice cream shop close at 8? God forbid some people who stay here aren’t baby boomers.
