We had the most wonderful stay at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit earlier this month. We travelled with our pre-teen daughter and felt that it was the perfect escape! The newly renovated suites had the most comfortable beds and were a great size for a family! The size of the resort is perfect with many amenities but also an intimate feel. What really makes the property special are the staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. Saturnino at the pool was a stand out, recommending fantastic drinks and always having another round at the ready! Edvin and Gustavo also always went the extra mile! We really have no complaints about this property, only positive things to say! We hope we have the opportunity to return soon!

We have been coming to Grand velas for 15 years. I love it. My whole family loves it. We really enjoy Fidel at Azul who gives us great service. We Played the Pickleball tournament with Gustavo the diver. It was a lot of fun. Our concierge dulce was very helpful. Francisco the pool service guy was great. We hope to be coming to this resort for many years to come

Our stay at Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort itself is stunning—luxurious, immaculately maintained, and truly five-star in every sense—but what made our trip unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Our concierge, Pearla, went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. She was attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of our needs, making everything effortless and stress-free. The poolside experience was elevated thanks to Lamberto, whose charisma, energy, and outstanding service made every day by the pool so much fun. He brought such a great vibe and genuinely made us feel taken care of at all times. Evenings at the French restaurant were a highlight of our trip. The dinners were absolutely delicious, and the nights were truly memorable thanks to Francisco. His service, knowledge, and warmth turned every meal into a special experience we’ll never forget. Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta exceeded all expectations. Between the world-class service, incredible dining, and amazing staff, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay was excellent in all aspects. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were extremely nice and always accommodating. Excellent rooms with very nice amenities. As great as the resort and staff were the food was even better. The filet at the French restaurant is a must We have been going to all-inclusive for the last 15 years. This was without a doubt the best resort we have ever stayed at. We will be returning. Lastly, our Concierge, Perla was exceptional.

Our stay at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were all warm and attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The check in process was such a lovely touch, we were greeted with a massage and a glass of bubbles and juice for the kids. The resort grounds are immaculately maintained and very clean. The pool area was relaxing and not too crowded, lots of loungers available. The food was outstanding with plenty of variety, all restaurants were great at accommodating little picky eaters. Lucca was our favourite restaurant, the violinist that evening was extremely talented. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. We loved the mini bar treats and drink selection. Our concierge Perla, was very thoughtful, efficient, responsive, and always a pleasure to interact with. The kids club staff were all terrific. My daughter loved the daily picnic performances. The food was outstanding with plenty of variety. Lucca was our favourite restaurant. We also enjoyed our mixology class hosted by David. It is one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had, we will definitely return and look forward to trying other Grand Velas properties.
