Great service from Jazmin! Food was incredible. Went on a busy Saturday night, waited ~30 minutes, but service was quick!

Dinner in zen I recommend very delicious the food came very fast and the portions were very sufficient and Jazmin served me very kindly and promptly also dany and Veronica very kind .

Zen is amazing! Jasmine, Danny, Veronica & Chef Cesar were great. Definitely going again before our trip is over! The sashimi was delicious. By far our favorite restaurant in the entire resort! Thank you!

Georgia is the best! She was the best part of the trip. Beds are way too small for what they claim is a “family room”, and wifi didn’t reach our room, pool is cold, drinks are alright. Ocean is amazing and night life is not bad. Italian restaurant is good, but got food poisoning and was feeling horrible for 2 days after going to the Japanese restaurant. Overall average hotel, not good enough for the prices they charge, my dad had to sleep on the floor.

We had a great experience from check in-to check out at Hard Rock Vallarta. We were checked into room right away, room cleaning and in room services were always quick and efficient, room service was excellent. Alex, Reed and Georgia took great care of our large party of friends for activities, services and entertainment! Alex always had us taken care of for drinks and Reed always had something fun lined up for our group!
