Please be advised that Majestic Colonial Punta Cana will be temporarily closed for renovations from April 6, 2026, through November 12, 2026.
The renovations are exclusive to the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana. However, guests staying at nearby resorts — Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and Majestic Mirage Punta Cana - All Suites Resort — may experience some construction noise during this period.
Every effort will be made to minimize any disruption to guests at neighbouring resorts.

Guests staying a minimum 5-nights in the Family Section Rooms will receive ONE (1) complimentary green fee per guest or TWO (2) complimentary green fees per guest for Elegance Club Rooms at Punta Blanca Golf Course. The Punta Blanca Golf was designed by the renowned Nick Price. Players will be challenged at this 18 hole course, each hole has a unique style with undulating fairways, bunkers and lakes presenting a new adventure with each stroke. Take advantage of the full service clubhouse and enjoy spectacular views while relaxing after your game.

We had such a great time in 2024 that we decided to return in 2025 and bring family. From start to finish the staff made us feel welcome. Every single person greeted us with a smile and "Hola" whenever we saw them. The Majestic Elegance is a wonderful resort. The beach area was very clean and when we walked up and down the beach we agreed that Majestic's beach is nicer than the other resorts. Seaweed was minimal, not rocky and very scenic. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the beach. The bartenders at the pool bar were personable and again welcoming and attentive. Angelina and the other servers were great. We really enjoyed the Christmas tree lighting party. Last year our butler was Osvaldy. He took such good care of us so we requested him for this year. Osvaldy was wonderful. He made us feel welcome and was willing to help us in any way. He made sure we knew he was available and encouraged us to reach out to him for any needs. The app link made this easy. He checked with us every day and made a point to come see us. We had 3 rooms and he was the butler for all 3. One of our rooms had a tub issue. We contacted Osvaldy and not only did he get it fixed he also drew a bath for all 3 rooms and decorated for us. On the day of departure Osvaldy went over the expectations, made sure we had our luggage delivered to the lobby, then met us there to give us a heartwarming send off. We could not be any more pleased! We will be back!!
Great Butler Service From Orlando

Our Butler Orlando was amazing. Checked on us numerous times throughout the day. Took pictures for a Christmas photo shoot and also for our friends birthday. He arranged for the waiters at the Gourmet restaurant to sing Happy Birthday to our friend. The iron in the room didn’t work, called Orlando , within 10 minutes he had an iron delivered to the room. Second last day we got locked out of our room, called Orlando , he came immediately and let us in, also got us maid service and towels right away. That night Orlando left us a little gift in the room. Arranged for luggage pick on the morning we left. Cheers to Orlando.
