It was our first time bringing our two kids on a tropical vacation and grand palladium didn’t disappoint! The waterpark, service, drinks and food were above expectations. The kids were very impressed with the Bahia Brava Brazilian à la carte. All the meat! Would definitely come back :)

We were very disappointed with our room. It was very spacious but a there were a few issues with the room itself, On arrival the room smelt fusty. There was mould on our bedside lampshades, there was a tear in the sofa and the legs on our bedside lampshades were broke. The bed was very bouncy and we think this was down to the legs being broke. The fridge also had a leak which made the room feel damp. All our clothes felt damp and we put this down to the humidity but after speaking to other guests they did not have this problem. It was two days before our departure we noticed the leak under the fridge so we think this is why the room was damp. Also, work was being done around the pool bar. Workmen were chipping plaster off the pillers behind the pool bar which was falling into the pool. This plaster lay in the pool for several days. The seating area behind the pool bar which was also the outside eating area for the buffet was closed during our stay. We were not informed of any works being carried out. The White Sands is supposed to be one of the better hotels within the resort but the The Colonial seemed to have it all. Entertainment and the buffet was of a higher quality than White Sands. The hotel in itself was stunning, the A La Carte restaurants were great, some better than others and that goes for the staff too. The staff in general were pleasant and very friendly. The shows on site, Bravo and Chic were fantastic as was the entertainment at the Colonial. Definitely worth booking. The grounds of the hotel was beautiful with all the wildlife. The beach was a huge disappointment. We would stay here again as we had a fab time, just the room was a bit of a let down

Would definitely go again. Accommodations were fresh. Food is good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Massive bash for new year's eve. They really cared about nightly entertainment other nights as well. Beach is long, stretching across multiple hotels so long walks are available. This hotel is part of the Palladium complex that includes other hotels so you can access multiple dining options across the hotels. Little things that made this a great place: 1. kids got good-bye cupcakes delivered to room on night before departure. 2. hanging rack for wet bathing suits on the balcony. 3. bracelet is your room key so one less thing to carry. 4. beach towels were primo quality.

Best massage ever. I feel so much better thanks to Angeles. So calming and amazing. My husband had Berenice and he absolutely loved his massage too!

A great stay at grand palladium, the spa was especially amazing. If you are able to sneak away and spend the day at the spa, I highly recommend booking a massage with Rosel, and keeping extra time to use the spa facilities.
