Not the best in room experience. The property is really good with great amenities. Dining reservations are always UNAVAILABLE but they do have plenty of room in the restaurant. They will try to upsell and make you buy lobsters or wine bottle to get you a reservation. Great shuttle service for large property. Great kids club

Great resort, I have been many times and always had a great time. Is it perfect not for everyone but it ticks all of my box's. Great food and drink and some of the nicest staff you could ever meet. The POP team are out of this world. If you have seen the shows before. Go again they have got better. Latin might 10/10. Rock show 20/10.

Excellent experience in the restaurant Portofino, Gaspar was a wonderful waiter. Ines was an excellent chef asking us about the food. I recommend the restaurant, simply delicious.

Staying here for a wedding, the low scores are accurate-no customer service, food at restaurants acceptable but its like the Hunger Games to secure reservations at half-full restaurants, Rude check in staff, pushing club membership, clearly explains the areas you are not allowed to go to with giant X marks on the map which results in only 3 restaurant (not 20) each day. Food hygiene at buffets and bars is beyond bad using same spoons to stir a pina colada and vodka tonic; unattended buffet stations with not enough utensils at other stations. Tried to book a private family dinner-they switched venues and tried to double the price of the quote received. Never experienced poorer service or attitude at a resort that claims to be full service.
