Alfredo was great! Enjoyed the experience

My experience with Josefine at the spa was simply amazing! I wish I was staying longer so I could see her again. I had a massage and facial and they were great. She was very attentive and assured repeatedly that I was enjoying my service. I will always remember this as one of my best spa visits ever.

Spent the past week here with my family, such a great time. The staff all around the resort was amazing, we made a lot of great friends throughout the week. Grecia Delfin checked us in when we first arrived, she was so kind, super helpful answering all our questions, and made us feel right at home. Also, the nighttime entertainment was INCREDIBLE. There's shows every night, great variety of options/vibes. Shoutout to one performer, I believe his name was Jo. He was easily our favorite dancer, he slayed so hard in all the performances and we couldn't help but watch him every time.

Great family resort. Good accomodations for kids. Secluded and peaceful. Service is exceptional. The a la carte restaurants are exceptional. Clean and higher scale bars. The buffets (especially the desserts) were lacking - but I'm being critical.

We had a splendid time at the resort although the sargassum made it impossible to enjoy the beach. The food was fresh and of high quality for the most part. A few in our party suffered some stomach issues after the Japanese restaurant though. There were plenty of pools to enjoy and we also enjoyed the hydrotherapy spa which we received complimentarily for 2 days (as a compensation due to an issue with the room assignment of one of our rooms). If you enjoy walking (which I do) there's lots of it if you want to explore the whole resort (it's very big). If you have mobility issues or are just lazy or tired, you can just hop on one of the many golf carts zooming through the many paths throughout. All and all a much-needed vacation from the cold and snow!
