Disappointed, won’t stay again!

Facilities and rooms amazing. Food and service 2* at best. Raised issues and hotel staff not interested. Cold food, not enough staff and a la carte restaurants not bother going to. We have stayed at this resort before and would not return.

Perfect Trip and Experience!

The Gran Palladium Travel Club and Travel Club Bar is such a great place to be whether it was with my family or by myself coming for a drink, they treat you like family and they remember your name and it’s awesome. Ernesto, Victor, and Adela are so welcoming and funny at the travel club bar, they make you feel at home and treat you well. They make sure you are happy and cater to all your needs. If you are thinking about coming to the Gran Palladium, please do not hesitate this resort is perfect not only for your family but for everyone. This is the first time, and definitely won’t be the last.

Another wonderful stay

Tried another location, Mayan Riviera, White Sands. Wonderful resort very large. Great restaurants, great service. Provide a small well deserved tip to the workers and you will be treated like royalty all week long.

White sands resort, grand palladium, Mexico

Have just came back from a two week visit from the white sands resort. Firstly , the hotel rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, secondly the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. However, please do not expect a five star hotel or service. The resort is completely understaffed whereby the outdoor pool bar area was closed for the full duration and the only means to obtain a drink was a 15 min walk to the lobby or to go in the pool and get wet as the bar in the pool was open. The food and advertised a la cart restaurants were extremely disappointing. We tried 9 of the restaurants and only two of them the food actually came out hot and edible. I was with a party and we all got ill with the poor quality, uncooked , cold food. The bar areas are a free for all and despite the lobby at times having approximately 60 guests sitting at one time - there was often one bar person working. For the whole two weeks the public toilets by both the pool and in the restaurants were overflowing with urine. We raised our concerns on day three of the holiday with both the hotel directly and also with the TUI rep, a very rude person named Mario. We expressed our concerns to Mario about the cleanliness of the toilets and the constant cold food and was told by him “ this is my country and this is how we cook food and it’s always you British people who complain “ - we expressed that we had been ill for the last 48 hours following eating at one of the a la cart restaurants and he said unless you have a drs note then there is nothing to report , regarding the toilets overflowing with urine in every toilet he said well get a buggy to one of the other resorts - the other resorts would have cost us £500 less to stay there and so do not think this was an acceptable solution. The hotel customer service was a lot more polite but was unable to guarantee clean toilets and hot food in a five star hotel. On our last but one day we had a phone call from the hotel customer service saying that as they haven’t been able to address our complaints they would like to offer us one free spa treatment and could we go to reception to pick up a pass. We went and he asked us to sign a form “ so that the spa doesn’t charge you for the treatment” - we went and the form was actually a legal disclaimer which stated that by accepting their gesture of good will that we would not complain or a leave a bad review about the hotel - we declined to sign the form and didn’t receive spa treatment as it was more important for me to advise others please do not waste your money on this hotel , it is most certainly not a five star experience. I do believe though that with more staff and experienced chefs that it could be nice in the future as have been before and the five star service preciously enjoyed there is now a two star at most

Ernesto y Victor son de lo mejor!!!!!! Aqui se siente la definicion "From guest to Family". Ernesto and Victor are the best!!!! True definition of "From guest to Family" is felt here with these two!!! Travel Club Bar by the beach
