Roberto was very attentive and helpful. The food was good and the atmosphere was exclusive and relaxed. Top marks for Bailey's and the Tequila??

Our stay was thoroughly pleasant all around. The service was always just right—never too intrusive, but always there when you needed something. Especially the coffee shop in the lobby area with Wendy was always a lifesaver in the morning.

I had a wonderful time at the Grand Palladium White Sands!! Wendy at Piacere and Irma in the lobby bar were fabulous and so kind to me my entire trip. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! I would recommend them and this place to anyone!

Location was amazing. Great, calm atmosphere. Travelled with an 11 month old and she had the best time. The rooms were clean and well equipped. We went to the Coffee shop at the White Sands and were served by Andres and Wendy who were exceptionally great. Tons of pools and places to eat. The only issue is that the main pool is way too deep to actually spend time in. Everyone has to hold on to the edges in order to get to the pool bar/anywhere in the actual pool. However, the white sands salt water pool was great.
