There are restaurants you have to pay to attend. There are shows to have to pay to attend. There is special seating at the pool and beach for VIP members only. Very exclusive environment. This was my first trip to Cancun and my first time at an all inclusive resort. My family member has been to many. She said the lack of friendliness of staff, language barriers, and excluded areas are not the norm. My father was injured. They video taped the ambulance process without permission or advising my dad or myself they were going to. I had to ask why and if they were going to post it on social media. No one asked how my dad was when he returned. A person was injured the day before at the pool. Another was injured the day we left. The floors are slippery Marbel and the stairs are uneven/not level through the resort.

Great pools and service. Food was ok at most restaurants. Buffet lunch seemed to be the same food everyday. Pools are massive so unfortunately we arrived during a week when it was 69 degrees the first day and got up.to 76 during the week so.the pool was really cold to.the point where only a few people were in everyday. Beaches are nice but rocky and will need swim shoes to go into the water. This is a huge resort so lots of nature trails to walk but transportation is available throughout the property.

The Piacete Coffee, at White Sands, great place, great people , fresh deserts, excellent coffee. Excellent service from Christian, Jordi, and Wendy. Super friendly staff. Merci beaucoup! From ???? gracias!

Traveled with my wife for a destination wedding. Room was dirty. Food was poor. Our whole group got food poisoning. Won’t be returning to this family of resorts.
