Beautiful property, great and friendly staff. Ana at the rewards team and Rafael at the pool bar were amazing. Great time and wonderful stay.

2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Stayed during July/august. Hotel and grounds including swimming pools are beautiful. Staff in restaurants and bars are great and the range of food and drinks is spot on. Rooms Slightly dated and need a revamp but are comfortable and large with good air con. Not quite a 5 star for me due to some slight service quality issues but the food and drinks are defo 5 star.

Currently at the White Sands and wanted to give a special shout out to a couple of members of staff who have had such a positive impact on our stay. There is a wonderful coffee shop - Piacere- which serves amazing beverages and cakes! The staff are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough to help - especially Wendy! Be sure to visit. When you get up for your breakfast, be sure to pop to see Enrique for an omelette. He does an outstanding job and is always eager to make sure he provides you with the best start to the day!

We had dinner at Bamboo and were served by a charming man, Alvaro. His service was very good along with his most pleasant demeanor. It was a pleasure having him as our waiter and making our evening enjoyable. We would like to extend our gratitude to him through this review.
