We stayed at the white sands resort. Pool was lovely and warm and very spacious however there was a massive inflatable which was an eyesore. Food was mediocre and often cold. Mosquitos everywhere so bring insect repellent (I got bit 37 times). White sands had barely no evening entertainment which meant we spent most evenings at the colonial hotel. Waiters were okay, some rude some nice. Entertainment was abit boring as it was the same type of show every day. Overpriced items in the gift shop meant that you couldn't get decent snacks. Overall this is not a 5 star hotel, 4 at best, needs reviewing.

I recently had a wonderful dinner at the White sand Palace Hotel Bahia, Brazil. Edgar, our server, made the experience truly exceptional. He ensured that we always had everything we needed on the table and was incredibly attentive. Edgar is not only a true gentleman but also very kind and professional. It was a delightful evening, and I highly recommend dining here. Thank you, Edgar, for making our experience so memorable.

We had so much fun this week staying at the Grand Palladium. We arrived two days after Hurrican Beryl made an almost direct hit to the resort and you could barely tell. The hotel operations were on point and everything worked just as we expected. We were very impressed. The food was excellent. The only strange thing was how many of the drinks were sugar-free/splenda instead of REAL sugar.

Location, staff, facilities all absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon! All of the al a carte restaurants were incredible and the normal buffet restaurant was also really good. The pools and pool bars are always very clean and the staff working on them can’t do enough for you. The room was spotless and the room service/cleaning was also really good. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The resort is very big but the golf carts taking you around the place make it easy to get about, just hop on and tell them where you’re going. They come very frequently and will take you just about anywhere. The hurricane (Beryl) hit on the first weekend of our stay and the hotel couldn’t have handled it any better than they did! We had pack lunches and breakfasts brought to the room the night before and were asked to stay in our room from 9pm until the next morning when they’d started clearing everywhere up as soon as the weather cleared. We’ll definitely be back and couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone. The hotel is perfect for families, couples or just about anyone for any occasion!

Lore, Karen and Jose were amazing. Kids had a ball! So impressed with the kids club and the mini show. Both our kids (4 and 6) loved going to all the activities, they keep asking to go back every morning. There’s a wonderful variety of activities. Muchas gracias!
