We spent a week at Grand Palladium White Sand and had an amazing trip. The rest is massive with plenty of things to explore. The food was very good everywhere we went. I especially enjoyed the Brazilian Steakhouse and the gelato. The Chic Cabaret show was amazing and is a must see. The bravo show had wonderful food but the show quality did not impress compared to the Chic. The spa and pools were very nice! There are plenty of spaces to escape to if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing spaces. On the other hand there are plenty of party spots too! David, our room concierge, was incredibly helpful! The negatives: The beach is completely unusable. The seaweed has completely taken over and is piled up all over. We had originally paid for a beachside room and had to move rooms because the smell of the seaweed was so bad. If you’re looking to be at the beach the whole time, this is not the resort for you. All in all we had a wonderful time and even though the beach was unusable, we had a fantastic trip of a lifetime!

This is a very overpriced resort and if you aren’t lucky enough to have an upgrade you can only use certain resort amenities. The major bonus was our concierges. David and Celio made our trip seamless.

We just got back home last night and already talking about booking for next year. We had such a good time. Bingo game was SUPER fun. App had some glitches. When something was confirmed as booked it would randomly disappear. Lost a dinner reservation and event at sports plex due to this issue, luckily there was an open spot for dinner to rebook for the next day. Our house keeper Lilia was fantastic. Room was kept spotless. We stayed in 5815 beachside. Unfortunately the beach was unusable due to huge amounts of seaweed and the smell was horrible so didn’t sit on balcony much at all but no fault of resort. Got to see the monkeys in lobby one morning. Wild life everywhere. Awesome!. Resort was the cleanest we’ve ever been to. No garbage anywhere that we seen. Food was great, drinks were great. Great place for a holiday. Thank you to all the staff at WS. We will definitely return.
