had an exceptional experience at this resort, and I would like to especially recognize the outstanding manager, Jhonny Can, along with the incredible staff.AlEJandro, Erick,Valeria and Laura From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. What truly made our stay unforgettable was how Jhonny Can went above and beyond when my husband got injured during our visit. He showed immediate concern, took action quickly, and made sure he was comfortable and supported every step of the way. That level of attention and compassion is something you don’t see everywhere. The entire staff was equally amazing — always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything needed. Their positive attitude and dedication created such a welcoming and relaxing environment. We are truly grateful for the care we received and the kindness shown to us. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking not only for a beautiful Resort but also for exceptional service and people who truly care about their guests. Thank you again so much to Jhonny Can and the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

It was very relaxing and Rosel was wonderful

We enjoyed our stay overall. There is room for improvement on accommodation for big groups on restaurant and the process to reserve dinner could be more efficient.

Have enjoyed my relaxing days at white sands pool , listening to music and enjoying some time in the pool but what made it more special was the excellent service and chat with Diego , he is a credit to the hotel , hopefully see you again in January
