Food was amazing, staff was amazing, concierge was awesome and found our ass adventures needed and wanted. Always ask for all charges even though it seems it should be complementary because we received a few hidden charges we weren't aware of until the end of the services. Seaweed is a problem here to be prepared to smell alot. Enjoy your trip!!!

First time to Mexico and very impressed by White Sands from the minute we arrived. Highly trained and attentive staff - so accommodating and respectful. Always smiling and kind. Nothing was too big an ask. Accommodation, food, drinks, pools, entertainment were all great. As with all hotels on this coast, the beach was hit hard by sargassum, but there was a team out there everyday lifting it. I’ve been to lots of AI hotels over the years, but this was by far the best. Lots of food varieties in the restaurants. Restaurants calm, professional waiting service, and everything catered for. Pool areas calm, lots of beds, easy to get complimentary towels. Loved the wee touches such as free sun cream, and aftersun at the White Sands pool. Wee golf carts were constantly available to pick up at each wee cart stop. BUT - if the drivers saw you walking, they’d still stop and ask if you need a lift. Just great. Lots of lovely wee animals - coaties, capybaras, raccoons, reptiles and exotic birds..

Paicere was our favorite coffee shop across all 4 resorts! The chill French vibe was awesome for anytime of day! The coffee was perfectly sweet and the pastries were borderline Paris level good! Truly props to the pastry chef! We wish would’ve known it was there sooner otherwise we would’ve been coming our whole trip! Jordi and Javin were so nice, we can’t wait to come back next time!
