A Bay Garden Hotel Vacation is just what the "Doctor" ordered ... an amazing hotel with the most FRIENDLY staff that I experienced anywhere. The Meal Service was 5 star ... The Servers were so caring and polite ... they made every meal special The food was Delicious!! They are working on updating the rooms But verything was perfectly fine ... Our Room Attendant in the Pineapple section really made our stay special We chose the the All Inclusive plan which allowed us to dine around ... the Beach Resort is a must to visit We are already making plans for next years return ... this time for 2 weeks Gary Philp

What a lovely hotel , yes it may not be near the beach ( only 10 min walk away ) or the free shuttle service , but it does state this on the booking !!!so can’t complain really !! Staff were very friendly especially the maid and towel attendant lady x Fantastic small pools which you can get a bed every day none of this getting up early, just round the corner from plenty bars and restaurants , would definitely return

We had a fabulous experience staying here. It felt like home friendly staff great service fabulous drinks, tasty food very friendly oriented location. This property is walking distance to many great amenities, and I enjoy the fact that they have a shuttle to take you to the Beach

The staff are wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are affordable, clean & comfy. I will definitely be returning.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, grocery store and restaurants. I felt very safe in this environment, maybe too safe. The hotel was nice, and the rooms were clean, but you can definitely tell it is older and could use some renovations. Our tub was peeling, and shower did not get hot enough, but it was not a deal breaker. I loved the key to lock the fridge when you leave. At first, I was shocked but once I bought groceries I understood. Filter watered station was down the hall from the room I suggest that you only use credit cards. We arrived and had a late lunch/early dinner at the bar. The bill came and it had USD and EC total. I asked what the total was and was informed that it was the EC price, maybe she assumed we were paying card. When I pulled out cash to pay, she never said anything. Transaction continued and closed. The next day I went to front desk about it and was directed to a booth, where the staff member made me feel like I did something wrong. She said that they would have to count the drawer and get back with me. She never asked my name or room number. I knew this would be the end of it as far as they were concerned. I know I share some responsibility in this. Please always check your receipt, speak up if it doesn't feel right and use a card when you can
