Poor in everything Food, service n bfast.. upkeeping of inn n hotel Only good thing is... it's centralized to most night life n restaurants

The staff at Bay Gardens truly goes above and beyond to look after their guests while keeping the properties looking sharp. It has become our genuine home away from home, and we find ourselves returning time and time again. The beach amenities available to all guests—it makes the experience so seamless and enjoyable. We want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team for their incredible hospitality, including: • The welcoming Front Desk attendants • The hardworking restaurant breakfast crew • The attentive beach security • The helpful Wibit crew We truly appreciate the effort everyone puts in to make each stay special. The food was disgusting The breakfast was not good at all I mean I’m spending my money also did a day pass and it very pooooor I will never and will not recommend any one as well Terrible

Lovely stay staff excellent very friendly. Many thanks to Joan Terry Quincy and all in the bar and breakfast staff. Reception staff and concierge all great.A little attention to variety of menu and entertainment I think with small adjustments this hotel could achieve 4 star status overall a great stay thanks to all.

Wonderful holiday at this hotel with use of facilities at their nearby sister hotels. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere, food was lovely with mix of buffet and table service. Fabulous cocktails too! My first Caribbean trip and I loved it.
