Great Hotel

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bay Gardens Hotel, and I can honestly say that we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive wait staff, everyone made us feel valued and at home. A special thank you to the Bay Gardens team for helping to make my husband's birthday so memorable. He truly enjoyed every moment, and your kindness and hospitality made the celebration extra special. My son also had a fantastic time, and it was wonderful to see him enjoying himself throughout our stay. The excellent customer service, warm atmosphere, and attention to detail made our visit one to remember. We are grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. Thank you, Bay Gardens Hotel, for a truly amazing stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future and creating even more wonderful memories.
Stay at Bay Gardens Hotel

The staff wasn't too friendly,only seemed to share a good relationship with Americans but not when u are from the Caribbean. When u are from the Caribbean u are being treated differently and that's unfortunate and very sad. The bar staff were friendly though. The breakfast was basic wasn't really tasty.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a lovely room opposite the pool. The shuttle service to the other resort by the beach was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful 2 weeks in St Lucia

A wonderful 2 weeks staying at this lovely hotel. Our room was so beautifully dobe and so clean. So pleased we had a fridge and as much ice as we could want. The staff were amazing, so happy, friendly,working so hard and nothing was too much. There are 2 small pools and so nice to sit around and get into. Being able to use the beach at the sister hotel was fantastic and a shuttle every hour. The only thing I think needs sorting is the food. I wasn't overly impressed. They are refurbishing and it seems the food was voming from offsite and not hot enough when arrived. The best meals we had were the bbq and buffet. We would definitely stay again because of being made to feel so welcome. Thank you everyone

I recently stayed at Bay Gardens Hotel from the 13th to the 15th, and after returning home, I felt it was important to personally write and share both my appreciation and honest feedback regarding my experience. First and foremost, I want to commend your incredible staff. The customer service I received during my stay was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived on the afternoon of the 13th, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. A very special recognition goes to Ms.Danria Emmanuel and her team at the front desk. They were absolutely outstanding. Their friendliness, patience, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a tremendous impression on me. The service I received that evening was beyond excellent, and I believe they deserve the highest praise for the way they represent Bay Gardens Hotel. Staff members like Ms. Daneia Emmanuel and her team are one of the major reasons guests like myself continue to return. I would also like to compliment the gentleman who conducted the tour activities. He was absolutely fabulous engaging, professional, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. He contributed greatly to making my stay enjoyable and memorable. This was actually my third time staying at Bay Gardens, and I continue to come back because I genuinely love the atmosphere, the people, and the hospitality your hotel provides. Your staff truly make guests feel welcomed and appreciated, and that is something very special. However, while the service was exceptional, I must honestly express my disappointment regarding the food during this particular visit. I believe there is significant room for improvement in this area. The steak I had for dinner on Thursday night was quite good, and I enjoyed that meal. Unfortunately, after that, the quality of the food declined noticeably. The breakfast on the morning of the 14th was disappointing, particularly the eggs, which were watery and not properly prepared. The lunch and dinner offerings afterward were also not enjoyable. Additionally, before departing, I ordered a burger to take away for lunch, and sadly, even the burger meat was burnt. This was quite disappointing, especially because during my previous visits to Bay Gardens, the food was actually very good. Both my first and second stays included enjoyable dining experiences, which is why the decline in quality during this visit was so noticeable to me. I share this feedback not out of criticism alone, but because I genuinely care about Bay Gardens and want to see it continue to excel in every area. Your hospitality and customer service are already outstanding, and with improvements to the food quality and kitchen consistency, the overall guest experience could become truly exceptional once again. Please extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Daneia Emmanuel, her front desk team, and the tour staff member for their excellent service and professionalism. They truly deserve recognition for the wonderful job they are doing. Thank you once again for another memorable stay. Despite my concerns regarding the food, I still enjoyed my visit overall because of the warmth and excellence displayed by your staff. I look forward to returning in the future and seeing continued improvements.
