This was our 3rd visit here weather was great again apart from a few days of wind and rain not entertainment though which was a shame .

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of gluten-free food support at Bay Gardens Hotel. The breakfast menu clearly lists salt fish, fried plantain, and cucumber salad yet staff insist I must request it daily. Why? It’s on the menu and breakfast is included in our stay. Instead, I’m being told there is they can do , and today I had to leave without eating. This is unacceptable. I’m frustrated and frankly, very unhappy.

We booked a crouton standard king room at Bay Gardens Hotel thinking it would be spacious because we have stayed here before and staff was lovely, unfortunately we found the information provided to be quite limited as to the view etc.We had to search separately to understand what a "Crouton Standard King Room" actually was, and only then discovered it was intended for budget-conscious travellers. Had this been clearly stated in the room description on the website, we would not have chosen it. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we do not plan to return.

Don’t stay here. There were roaches in beds. Rooms flooded, hair in towels. Food made me sick. I would rather sleep on the streets than stay here again

Location is great.Staff for the most part were friendly.Clean but dated surroundings.The hotel also underwent renovations to the lobby area.We weren't informed beforehand of this.The design of the shower is a bit odd.The water kept coming out of the bath.Wetting the bathroom floor and soaking the bath mat.
