I stayed here a couple of weeks ago for 7 nights. I was looking forward to my stay as I've stayed before and enjoyed it. This stay was very different and a big disappointment. Service at breakfast and dinner was so slow. The guy doing the eggs and omelette at breakfast looks like he has got out of the wrong side of the bed every morning and would rather be elsewhere. The lady that was there on his day off is also the same and looks totally bored, and neither have any customer service. The evening menu got very boring as its the same menu or buffet, and it seemed that nobody ever wants to take your order. The food is nice but dont really cater for people with allergies. The food is also boring at the BGBR as its always buffet Im disappointed as the food was always so good. Our room was comfortable and looked like it had just been repainted. I found the following people to be very nice and helpful Timothy, Elton , Teddy and Fransica at BGBR and Aisha duty manager and Joan at the bar was the best bar tender at the hotel. I will have to think again before rebooking this hotel.

The hotel is OK. They are doing an extension and during the day you have some noise and you can not sit on your terrace if it faces the extension. You hoped for a little extra care but no. In the night the wind made something move which made a lot of noise. I told them about it but why does the night security guy nothing about it? Air conditioner in the room in faced such that it blows straight on the bed no very nice. Food is good and beach is as expected for a beach resort.

Had an enjoyable stay. The service, friendliness and kindness demonstrated by management and staff was excellent. They were quick to attend to your every need. Manager's night with cocktails and buffet dinner with live music was memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable and affordable stay in St. Lucia.

On very short notice the Bay Gardens was able to provide accommodations for a large number of guests due to an AA flight cancellation

Exerlent vacation spent a month at this Hotel christmas & New Year .Room was great for my needs really felt like home. Our cleaners Maryella and Tammy did a great job & always making sure we had everything we needed . The Food was good & Thank you to the resterant & bar staff for there great service also the lady at the breakfast station in the morning . The pools and gardens where clean and tidy and relaxing areas no scrambling for sun beds here.The shuttle bus runs every hour down to the beach resort for guests to use .The evening entertainment was a bit lacking and very repetitive karaoke guy twice a week.would be nice to see a vocal entertainer or country singer to bring atmosphere to the hotel. All the staff and managment were very pleasant and helpful We will definitely be back to this hotel soon
