I visited the Bay Garden Hotel with my family. We were encouraged to book the Tout Bagay boat tour with the hotel tour desk. I was informed to be in the lobby for 8:20am up until 9:20am no sign of the tour company and no one could give us any information as to what is happening. I requested a refund and tour desk representative is informing me she is off and can’t give me a refund. CAUTION! Do not book a tour with the tour desk. This experience really dampen our experience. Avoid Cox tour.

The room was clean and using the facilities at Bay Gardens Resort & Spa was a bonus. However dinning is really expensive. EC$200 for three burgers is extortionate which spoilt the weekend. Single local rum EC$22!!!! Not much options for the hot buffet breakfast. Avoid dining there

Lovely holiday staying at Bay Gardens . Our room was clean and our two queen sized beds very comfy and opened up on to a little patio area with a table and two chairs .The gardens are very attractive and very well maintained and the swimming pools very nice with plenty of sun beds .Rodney bay is about 25 minutes walk which we did every day where you can use the sun beds and water sports from the Bay Gardens spa hotel.From here you can get a water taxi to Pigeon island where the snorkling is amazing .We visited the south of the island and saw parrots in the rainforest on a guided tour with St Lucia wildlife Ambassadors . Miss you St Lucia x

Very comfortable and convenient location. Staff very efficient and friendly . Use of sister hotel’s facilities was a bonus, and a very efficient shuttle bus service between the two hotels and the marina

Shower was cold and no pressure. The aircon had 2 setting off and on/ freezing or off. The shuttle was a pain, lots of waiting around. The staff were very friendly?? If i came back I would ?? book the main hotel, Bay gardens spa resort on the beach.
