Great place, Nice breakfast buffet. I would've rated it a 5 but the pillows weren't ready, we had to put the cases on ourselves and we had to call the front desk for towels. Details matter. Excellent otherwise.

This is my absolute favorite and go to hotel in St Lucia. Perfect location and the staff is family now. Breakfast is wonderful. They have shuttle service to the beach. Its also close to plenty eating options. I will surely recommend this beautiful family hotel.

Great Hotel...Service excellence...good location, great food and amenities. High standards have been maintained and surpassed thru the years. Love the enhancements and upgrades done on the property.

I usually book on Expedia as it is easier to keep track of all our trips. This time I booked direct on their website and won’t do it again. On the same day it was cheaper on Expedia $126USD VS. $135USD on their website plus taxes etc… numerous taxes and 13% service charge! They ask you to pay the balance in ECD at front desk but don’t explain the calculations unless you insist. No glass water bottle (filtered) in the room as usual. Phone not working to call front desk. Phone charger not functional. All should be checked prior to guest checking in. All requested but it did not happen. Nice room with balcony. Cheap soaps run out quickly. Much improved breakfast from last stay. However should produce smaller batches of eggs as they overheat and turn green. Weak espresso. A good value but could be better.

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned but I paid an extra $5.00 for decor of the room but did not get that service. It was my birthday and I was expecting a big a decor since I requested
