Mark is the best! We had no tea in our room and Mark went out of his way to find some for us. Our family is visiting from out of the country so tea is a must have.

This is a lovely resort on a lovely beach with lovely staff. We come almost every year. Mark at the front desk was awesome, extremely helpful and always gracious.

While at Sirata, Mark was very attentive and accommodated our requests with ease and patience. His local recommendations were excellent too.
