The resort staff were all great but one of them stood out above all the others. Mark! He greated us with enthusiasm when we checked in and every time he saw us he said hi and asked how the stay was going and if there was anything we needed. He treated us like we were long time friends. He made our stay at Sirata Beach Resort exceptional!

We had a great vacation at the Sirata Beach Resort. At check-in, we were greeted by Mark who truly set the tone for us to have a great time by making us feel so welcome! Our room was updated and had a great view the pool and beach! We enjoyed the Rumrunners restaurant for breakfast and live music at night. The staff was very friendly, and again, shout-out to Mark who always went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome! Overall, was a great trip!

1. It’s under construction. 2. Don’t plan on sleeping in— grinding and banging started at 7ish. 3. No microwave in the room? Like how does one heat up leftovers? We had to literally bring our leftover food down to the lobby gift shop microwave to reheat our food… what’s the point might as well of left it at the restaurant garbage. zero stars. 4. Rude staff at front desk —we went to purchase a soda and some chips from said gift shop and were scolded for going to the wrong counter space—the guy told us ‘you only go to this one!’ (Seriously with zero signs anywhere, how would one know??? 2/27 was the date). 5. None of the staff seem happy, they were fairly negative or not very social compared to other places we visited and have stayed. 6. I had to ask the cleaning lady to clean our room —they skipped a few days 7. Overpriced drinks (1 ultra was $10, fruity bevs were 15$ and up) —other places in walking distance are much cheaper. 8. Felt we paid a great deal to stay here and would have been better off at a motel 6 to be honest.

Susie at the pool and Rum Runner at the Sirata was our favorite server. She was funny, quick and had fantastic suggestions. We loved her!!

Suzie our Server at Rum Runners was wonderful! Great service, she was incredibly friendly and easy to chat with ! Like an old friend.
