Sara made our stay so enjoyable. We sat at the bar, and she recommended the special, the Bavarian pretzel. The drinks were a little pricey, but the food was amazing. This was our first time visiting the Sirata. We usually go to Siesta Key and stay every year, but we wanted to switch it up, and we are so glad we came here. There was some construction nearby, so be cautious of that, but we were informed that it will be their brand-new restaurant and pool area. The view from our room was incredible. All the employees were very accommodating and friendly. We can't wait to come back in the summertime with the whole family.

The front desk people were very helpful, patient and kind. Servers Susie and Shanna went above and beyond. They were very gracious, attentive and easy to talk with about the food and area things to do. Olive helped us out one night. Sarah was rude, did not wait on us and in fact, waited on a man that came up to the bar after us and served him while we stood there. We went to another bartender.

Shanna was the best server, so attentive, so polite, and the drinks were great. I just got the chicken tenders which were great, friends got the special calamari and really liked it.

I stayed here Feb 19-20 and it was a nightmare. After a room move due to lock failures (Room 4636 to 4532), we found dried blood on the floor and our feet turned black from the filth. To make it worse, I was 'shaken down' for $20/chair in cash on the beach despite paying a resort fee. I have video of construction starting at 7 AM and the hotel management has completely ignored my emails regarding these health violations. Hilton Corporate only offered 10k points ($50) for a biohazard. Avoid at all costs.
