“Waterfront Gem”

A Vancouver Gem: Exceptional Stay at the Fairmont Waterfront” Everything about this hotel impressed me. The service was excellent, and every staff member was kind and eager to help. The location is prime — steps from the water and close to the city’s top spots. I’d absolutely stay here again!
Nice location but choose restaurant elsewhere.

Restaurant bar staff not particularly friendly and very slow service and wasn’t that busy and there were plenty of staff working! For the high prices of drinks not worth it. I expected better!
Excellent 3 night stay

We had a fabulous 3 night stay in the Fairmont Waterfront. The hotel is beautifully appointed and in a great location. We had a lovely super clean room with great views. An extremely nice restaurant and bar serving delicious meals was so enjoyable. All the staff members were very welcoming and friendly, we would happily recommend this hotel.
Seamless and timeless

Good location and great service. Ita a bit tricky to see the actual hotel entry for the first time but once you enter the valet is accommodating and the lobby is inviting. Modern classic decor all around as you’d expect at the Fairmont. Check-in was easy with pleasant staff to assist. The room was nice nicely appointed. Designed with warm colors it felt relaxing. Bed was comfy and my view of the courtyard was nice. I enjoyed the breakfast in their ARC resturant in the lobby. It was buffet style but you could order eggs your way or other hot food. It was tasty! There was self parking in the garage for a fee. Checkout was smooth and I’d definitely stay again. There are 2 Fairmont Hotels within a 2 block radius. This one is the Fairmont that is more lowkey with the classic and timeless design and feel.
Old, Run-Down Room

We stayed in a "Signature Harbour View King" room, which was quite run-down and in need of a refresh. Also the minibars in the room are motion activated so you can't put anything in the fridge without multiple calls to guest services to first warn them that you are going to store something and then again at checkout so they can remove the charges you incur just from jostling the fridge contents. Certainly not a luxury hotel. We stayed at the Fairmount Pacific Rim the weekend before and it was much better.
