It was such a pleasure visiting San Pedro for our first time. We split our stay between Mahogany and Alaia… we loved Alaia better. From the customer service to the hospitality, it was phenomenal. Rosa was great at checking us out and providing great customer service. Eric.. God bless this man. He helped us from check in to checking out. Check in was so smooth and he provided us a nice cold drink and face clothes. He helped us up to our room when it was ready and literally showed us each detail in the room which was sooo helpful because the room was huge. The hotel decorated our room for our birthday and even had a cake. It was so special and thoughtful. Throughout our stay we would run into him and he always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. We were so happy to see him on our last day as he helped us down to check out. This by far was the best hotel and customer service I ever had. Thank you so much Eric and Rosa for making this birthday and experience great.

The Alaia was a fantastic experience overall, and although the hotel itself was very beautiful, it was the local staff at the Alaia that made the experience unforgettable. Some of the best and most friendly service I’ve experienced for sure. Noteworthy staff that really went above and beyond were: Gonzalo Mariano Krystal Kenroy Jomar Dennese Kdrian Ernestina Kaylin Mínelia Henry Marci Lizette There are some others that I’m forgetting the name of I’m sure, but everyone was great. I’d highly recommend a visit.

Where do I begin??? This hotel and staff exceeded my expectations!! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! Everything is laid out very well.. tastefully done with guests in mind! We had a one bedroom suite that was very spacious and had more room that felt like home!! There were two bathrooms, king sized bed room, living room, a huge balcony with furniture and a kitchenette. It was awesome! I can go on and on but you definitely must come to Belize and see for yourself. If you want to relax and chill and enjoy San Pedro island do come and enjoy Belize island life! The staff here are all friendly and kind, everyone is willing to help you, everyone is always asking if you are alright! Such a wonderful time!! They also gave us a cake to celebrate our anniversary which was super nice!!!

Want to say how beautiful the Alaia property is!! We loved our accommodations, the suite was amazing!! We love to give an enthusiastic shout out to Mariano, Alejandro,Kenroy and Henry!! They were extremely attentive and engaging!! Enjoyed haveing conversations and interacting with all of them! They left us with lasting memories!! Thank you for sharing them with your guest!!!????

The staff here was fantastic!!! Elvis and Eric made me feel so welcome, Bianca and Akeil at the restaraunts were so helpful and hospitable, Cindy the bartender was great, shea and Alfred at the front desk were so helpful and kind, hortencio at concierge was amazing, and all of the rest of the staff were delightful, hard working, and kind. Veronica the nighttime manager took great care of us. The food was delicious here (thanks to the chef alex) and the service was fantastic. The staff really made my experience wonderful and they provided me with so many great recommendations as well. Minnie was fantastic, as well as Denise and Danielle at the rooftop restaurant and the deck. They all are wonderful!
