The overall resort is nice but small. Ocean view was amazing. Butlers Iran and Sandra were the best. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was great.

One of the best vacations so far. First time taking my family on an all inclusive and it did not disappoint! The best part of the vacation was the incredible service we received from our Butlers. This first review is for Marisol. She was incredible. Attentive to every detail, prompt and extremely knowledgeable about our services. Every question was answered, every need taken care of and her attention to detail really put this experience over the top. I would recommend requesting Marisol if you will be staying at the Royalton CHIC. You will not regret your decision

such a fun resort! i recommend doing the diamond club, and the entertainment team makes it sooo funny (shoutout to nelly). highly recommend spending a full week here!

Check in wasn’t the greatest as they hadn’t listened to our needs but other than that the trip was excellent and the rest of the holiday outshadowed the check in saga. The butlers Iran and Sandra was absolutely tremendous and could not fault their work.

This hotel ended up being an interesting adventure. I will say that the staff provided top notch service it was excellent. Arturo and Marisol our butlers at the resort as part of our club package were excellent always wanting to help us out with whatever was needed and always with a smile. The beach area is beautiful- the best I have experienced in Mexico. You will need much patience for the elevator situation and the behaviour of some of the guests was also an issue. The management of the hotel could work on being a little more flexible in how they handle groups. Overall a great vacation.
