This was a deeply disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected of a resort, particularly one operating under the Hilton brand. Service was almost non-existent throughout the property. Staff were slow, disengaged, and largely unresponsive to even basic requests. Common areas were routinely left dirty, with food waste, used dishes, cups, and garbage sitting around for extended periods without any visible effort to clean them up. Dining was another major frustration. Booking the à la carte restaurants was virtually impossible, making it feel more like a theoretical option than an actual amenity. The buffet restaurant itself offered a wide variety of food options and good menu variation, which was one of the few positive aspects of the stay. Unfortunately, this was undermined by poor service: there were no staff available to serve drinks or provide basic table service, and staff appeared to exist only to clear plates after the fact, not to attend to guests during the meal. The room felt extremely tired and poorly maintained. Towels were rough and abrasive—closer to sandpaper than hotel linens. Paint was chipping off the walls, and plaster dust was visible, leaving the room feeling neglected and unclean. The beach was another major letdown. It was nothing to be desired, with cruise ships and boats parked directly in front of the hotel, completely destroying the view and any sense of tranquility. Instead of a relaxing beachfront experience, it felt industrial and congested. What makes this experience especially concerning is that this property reflects very poorly on the Hilton brand. The lack of basic service standards, cleanliness, and maintenance is completely misaligned with the quality and consistency normally associated with Hilton. It raises serious questions about brand oversight at this location. Overall, this property feels neglected and poorly managed. Despite the variety of food options at the buffet, the experience falls far short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

We went with a day pass, but the concept is real dutch.. short stay (only 6 hours), they are cheap on the booze/alcohol in the drinks. Need more waiters, more professional. Hostesses are missing to give you a more inclusive feeling The food/lunch was good though.

Solid 3.5 star all inclusive resort. Overall, good experience, decent food, beach is okay, rooms are spacious and clean. Nothing out of the ordinary stands out to make the resort worse or better. The Hotel Coredon is a short ride to/from the airport. Upon arrival, our second room wasn’t ready (we had two) and took over 2 hours until we could check in (6pm when the room was ready). To accommodate, we were given a late check out which was nice and restaurant reservations were made for us on the spot without having to wait until the next morning. Rooms were clean (and cleaned daily). Spacious, but very small bathroom area. Don’t forget an EU plug!! One room the a/c did not work ever, fortunately it wasn’t hot in the evenings. We did not have good views either, just of the water park and city. Resort is great for kids. Pool area fills up quick, get your chairs early. Water park was fun for our 8 year old. Pool decent size, but really loud. Beach area small and situated in a bay with a rock wall to assist with the choppy water. Not great for walking. Restaurants are nothing to write home about, same food as buffet and rushed. Buffet is busy and shared with neighboring resort. Not the fanciest or best all inclusive, not terrible either.
