The room was okay. There were lots of ants on the desk and floor. Room was not clean until requested. I had to request clean sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Water park was a perk. The blue slide and cobra slides were pretty fun. The pool is nice and the view is beautiful. The food is average at best. Raju, omelette maker at breakfast, was great. He was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. We got an omelette just about every morning and appreciated his friendliness! The remainder of workers around the buffet area are miserable. Not friendly at all. Entertainment could use some improvement. Which brings me to service. Lots of workers just sitting around. Service around here is pretty much horrible. I waited at the bar multiple times for over 10 minutes. The bartenders just stare at you and do not acknowledge you. I was told I had to pour my own beer at the self service station. The pool bar was not even busy at that time. Lots of cups and trash around the pool. They need someone to come around more often to get drink cups and all. I definitely expected more out of service. The little Coffee/Smoothie Bar was decent. We ended up getting most of our drinks there when we realized it was there. Additionally, you have to either rent a car or take a taxi if you want to explore the island. We did utilize 24/7 taxi. I downloaded the app and they were extremely efficient and on time. I would visit Curaçao again, but wouldn’t stay at this resort.

Experience was great Unfortunately this year we did not enjoy the entertainment so much, since there were any. Georgiane and Sherline were really nice and friendly

We had a wonderful stay and were accommodated by front desk staff Melody and Georgie. Both are super friendly and easygoing. They are both special employees!!
