Good service and nice vieuw , good food

From I checked in at the resort the service from Angela was amazing. She noted it was a birthday trip and helped me arrange the room decor for the birthday celebration and it was absolutely beautiful. The only slight inconvenience in regards to the room was not being able to receive wash cloths even though I called the receptionist who said okay but never got it and asked the room attendant who said no for some reason. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful. The food is amazing! The guest service was great everyone was really exceptional and Angela was great! She also checked on us throughout our time at the resort to make sure everything was good and finally helped me with getting the wash cloths!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the beach! ???? The service was excellent from beginning to end, and everyone made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Lucheynie, Maiky, Steven, Georgina, and Darsheline for their kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make our beach day relaxing and enjoyable. Their friendly attitude and excellent service made our experience even more special.
