No one answers the phone at reception. They are completely renovating the adjacent room, causing banging and annoying noise very early in the morning. I wasted the whole morning trying to get our room changed; absolutely no one helped us. There is insufficient staff at reception. // Nadie contesta telefono Recepción. Trabajan en refaccionar completa habitación adyacente, golpes y ruidos molestos muy temprano. Pierdo toda la mañana para que nos cambien de habitación, nadie, nadie nos ayudó. Poco personal para atender en Recepcion.

Our stay had been amazing. We met Stiven and his service was impeccable and heart warming. He helped us with everything we could have wanted. His smile made our day. I can’t say more kinder things about him. If you need anything just ask for Stiven ??
