Do not stay here! I’m still waiting on the manager to call me about the incident that I filed with Hilton! OK, I ordered room service twice set up until 2 AM waiting… There was a no-show both nights! They were not concerned with the inconvenience nor where they willing to compensate for the inconvenience.

We like the resort, Nice service and Shena is the best , Curaçao is soooooo beautyfull but pay for palapa i do not like it !!

Review of My Stay at Mangrove Beach Resort, Curaçao Stay dates: Saturday, December 6 (arrival 4:30 PM) – Tuesday, December 9 (departure 1:30 PM) I want to start by saying that it would be extremely helpful and honestly necessary for guests to receive a brief tour of the property at check-in, along with clear guidance on key things like dining options, reservations, and excursions. If a tour is not possible, staff should at the very least explain the QR code system used around the property so guests can successfully book things on their own. Unfortunately, throughout my stay I felt like I was “windmilling” my way through how the resort operates. The lack of clear communication made dining and excursions unnecessarily challenging and confusing. Dining Experience When I arrived on the property at 4:30 PM on Saturday, I attempted to make dinner reservations. The woman at the front desk informed me that reservation booking stopped at 4:00 PM. That would have been the perfect moment to explain the QR code booking process, the strict dining times, and the important policies—such as the fact that reservations are required, dining must be booked 24 hours in advance, and guests may only select one dining option per day. Otherwise, the buffet is the only option. None of this was explained at check-in. I only learned these details the following day when I went back to inquire. Because of this, I was only able to book dinner for one night during my entire stay at Mangrove, which was very disappointing. Housekeeping My room was not cleaned daily. On day two, I had to flag down a housekeeper myself to request service. After speaking with management, I was informed that my room should have been cleaned daily and that the minibar should have been serviced as well neither of which occurred as expected. Hospitality & Transportation While preparing for check-out and airport transportation, I was given the runaround trying to confirm my transfer. I was repeatedly told to look for my name on the list. Eventually, I discovered on my own that my name was on the transfer list through Amstar. This added unnecessary stress at the end of my trip. Acknowledgements I would like to thank Jennifer, the manager, who genuinely tried to make things better after several days of confusion and unpleasant hospitality. Her effort was appreciated, even though many of the issues occurred earlier in the stay. I would also like to acknowledge Duval, who worked in the pool area—he was very kind and welcoming and stood out positively during my visit. Overall Mangrove Beach Resort has potential, but clearer communication, better guest orientation, and more consistent service are needed. A simple explanation at check-in could have dramatically improved my experience.

Georgiane was an excellent guest helper! She went above and beyond helping us get everything reserved and scheduled. Always pleasant and helpful
