The meals were excellent, and my personal favorite was the Italian restaurant, where I could enjoy a peaceful dinner. The real highlight, however, was the outstanding quality of the food and the truly extraordinary staff. I’m not sure whether the bar and restaurant teams will read this message, but if they do, some of them might remember me as the “champagne lady.” The bar staff LADIES next to the reception were incredibly friendly, and the same goes for the beach bar team. My thanks also go to everyone working in the main restaurant — everything was simply perfect. I would also like to express my gratitude to the hardworking ladies at the snack restaurant near the beach, serving pizzas and hamburgers. They never stop, and I were exceptionally kind and helpful. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team. Everything was always impeccably clean, and their hard work did not go unnoticed. They contributed greatly to making my stay comfortable and pleasant. My sincere appreciation to each of them for their dedication and care. I came to Curaçao and had a truly great time, even if it was a little too noisy for me at times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Disappointed in Hilton and Curacao

I've traveled to 26 countries and stayed at a variety of hotels of different ownership and also many Hilton (we are diamond members). This is the first time I feel compelled to leave a review. We didn't know until we got here that you can drink the tap water and nobody told us. The rest of the island you can. I ended up getting travelers diarrhea because of how they treat their food. Also they constantly put out old food in just pretended it was fresh. They put toppings on their old desserts from lunch and put them out for dinner. I witnessed first hand awoman working in the buffet come in, use the bathroom and leave immediately without washing her hands. The people are super rude. If you accidentally drop some food and the pigeons eat it, they come over and bang your chairs to tell you not to feed them instead of just asking you. It happened twice and they were really aggressive and rude. Most of the staff is very rude as well. The wait staff and the people working in the buffet are mostly rude. I ran into one nice lady who let me get lunch after they closed because I was trying to get a seat for my family. And there were some nice Bell boys who led us in and out of the luggage room. When we first came. Max was one of them who was really nice. But most of the bartenders don't seem friendly either. It really didn't seem like a friendly environment from the 90% of the staff. Even the bartenders or when a kids area didn't seem all that friendly most of the time, but once in awhile they were nice. Very disappointed in Hilton and in Curacao.

Amazing service at te bar from janas, joran ludvianoa , maxime dayo at the bar. Amazing service in general. Helped us with the perfect choice. Very happy with service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I am currently staying at this resort, and it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Prior to arrival, I sent two emails to the hotel and received no response. Upon check-in, I attempted to arrange something special for my anniversary, but the promised card and bottle of champagne never arrived. The hotel promotes an app for guest communication with a stated 15-minute response time. It has now been two days without a response to either of my messages. The service overall has been extremely disappointing. The housekeeping staff has been the rudest I’ve encountered, and making dinner reservations is unnecessarily stressful due to an unreliable app. Today, I reserved a cabana and was informed by Melory from guest assistance that speakers are not allowed. However, this rule is not posted anywhere on the visible pool or beach signage. When I asked her to show me where the rule was posted, she walked me to the same board where it was not listed, then claimed it was posted elsewhere but could not identify where due to being “in a meeting.” She said she would return with the information—I am still waiting. This hotel is inattentive, unresponsive, and lacks basic customer service. What should have been a special anniversary trip has turned into a very frustrating experience. Extremely disappointed guest.
