Terrible experience. I don’t recomend this hotel to nobody.

Terrible experience. The hotel with very poor accommodations. Terrible hygiene. Pigeon over the tables where you eat The cleaning service of the rooms are very, very poor. The food awful. The restaurants (Italian, meat) really, really bad. At 1030pm you don’t have any place to eat in the entire hotel. The beach very small

Disappointing Experience

Hotel Review The hotel has a beautiful appearance and is located in a central and good spot. The atmosphere and ambiance are pleasant, providing a relaxing feeling upon arrival. However, there are also significant drawbacks that affect the overall experience. Firstly, the hotel seems more geared towards adults, with little to no activities for children. There is no children's buffet, and the activities available for kids do not meet expectations and are of very low quality. While both the location and the hotel itself are certainly worth five stars, the service and quality of nearly all aspects of the hotel leave much to be desired. About 90% of the staff show a lack of motivation, and there seems to be no quality control. For example, the coffee machines are often empty, and if you point this out, you receive an evasive answer. The ice was already gone by 4 PM, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class. Housekeeping was disappointing; the rooms were not clean, and even cockroaches were found. During our 10-day stay, the vacuum cleaner was never used in the room. Eventually, I took a vacuum cleaner from the hallway to clean the room myself. Additionally, cleaning staff even used personal perfume without permission, and if you complain about this, there is no follow-up. The minibar is almost never replenished. The elevators are also not cleaned, and the staff seems more focused on each other than on the guests. In the dining area, you often have to set your own table because the staff does not work quickly enough or there seems to be understaffing. The food in the buffet restaurant is of good quality, but better attention needs to be paid to presentation and freshness. Sometimes the pizzas were burnt, the risotto was undercooked, and dishes ran out too quickly. There was a lot of disturbance from drunken guests in the hallways and rooms, and when you call the reception to report this, they often do not answer. The pool had a strong chlorine or bleach smell, which stained light swimwear. Additionally, the water pressure would sometimes drop, which was very inconvenient, especially with small children. Furthermore, many beds and umbrellas need replacement, and the rooms are very humid with droplets from the air conditioning on the ceiling, causing the bedding to become wet and creating an unhealthy situation. With the right resources and sufficiently motivated staff, this hotel could truly be beautiful. Taking a cue from hotels like Riu Aruba could have a positive impact here. Overall, a disappointing experience for what could have been such a lovely hotel.
