The pillows are the fluffiest i’ve had, good room clean and nice. Nice bathroom and good size. We’ve got an 1 king size bed room. We’ve enjoyed the Buffet and we have planned to go eat at sushi and bbq restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the gym that is especially 24 hours.

If you like large resorts and all you can eat buffets this is your place. I was a bit upset to find after being there for a few days that they sell day passes for locals as well as all the cruise ships to come in and use the facilities. Was crowded many days and almost to the point of being a little gross. Either they were understaffed or their people worked very slowly, but our room was always the last to be cleaned if at all cleaned each day. The staff was nice, but if you brought up a complaint, nothing was ever done about it. I thought the three restaurants they had on site and how you made your reservations for were ridiculous. The food was basically the same as the buffet but just served to you. We ended up eating out several times because we couldn’t take the buffet anymore nor could we secure a reservation for one of the property restaurants. On a positive note it isn’t a good location you can walk to Wilstead and the beach is probably the nicest one of all properties in that area

I read so many reviews and honestly I have no complaints, the food was great at the buffet and the restaurants delicious my favorite was the Italian. One tip definitely easier to book online rather than at reception it’s just easier. They will give you a QR code where you can make reservations and check any notifications or reminders of activities.

Nice hotel. Its minutes away from the central. The resort has alot of choices of food and drinks. Would definitely recommend both resorts. Had alot of fun in the aqua park and everybody is very helpful. They have the best cigar lounge with many choices of cigars.

Terrible service. We chose the hotel because it was said it was one of the best in Curaçao, but it is being a terrible experience. I'm doing this evaluation while I'm still staying and if I can say anything for you it's DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The attendants are EXTREMELY rude and rude. Restaurants lack food, especially in the la cartes. It doesn't matter if you make a reservation, there are no dishes and no one does anything about it. Nobody respects the queues and the employees when we complain instead of taking action end up being even more rude. I had my glasses stolen at the hotel in a place where there were only employees and no one did anything about it. Not to mention that at the hotel, even though it's all inclusive, they even charge tents that you stay to protect from the rain. An absurdity. I've stayed in several hotels around the world, and I've certainly never had such a negative experience like this. When we arrived at the bar to ask for a drink, the employee was "flirting" with a guest and we told her to go to another bar. Choose another destination, but don't come here. Have love for your money and go enjoy somewhere else!
