Structural repairs will begin October 1 at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, focusing on the atrium/Grand Hall area. The project is expected to take approximately 7–9 weeks.
Key details:
- Work is limited to the atrium.
- Scaffolding will be present in designated areas on the 3rd and 4th floors.
- The Pualeilani Atrium Shops, Grand Staircase, waterfall, pool, hot tub, and Farmer’s Market will remain open.
- Work areas will be clearly marked and secured.
- Some noise and activity may occur between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

Great location with stunning ocean and sunset views. Wonderful resort with very good food options and excellent and friendly staff. We love staying at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa and will definitely be back.
Great with a few flaws

Overall hotel was quite lovely - would give 4 1/2 stars rounded up to 5. Check in was quick with Marshall at the front desk as notably personable and helpful. Room itself was updated but the bathroom was oddly configured and narrow with only one hook in an inconvenient location. Our room had a great beach view but also overlooked trash and debris on the roof. Service and food/drinks were excellent.
